𝗔𝗖𝗠𝗜𝗣𝗣 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗱𝘀 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

The Archdiocese of San Fernando – Archdiocesan Commission on Migrants and Itinerant People–Pampanga (ACMIPP) successfully conducted its Annual Pastoral Planning and Team Building 2026 on April 27–28, 2026 at Villa Grande, Bacolor, Pampanga.

The activity gathered the ACMIPP core group, vicariate representatives, and SDO Council members for pastoral planning, reflection, and team-building activities aimed at strengthening unity and renewing their commitment to serve Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and their families.

The gathering highlighted the Commission’s continued mission of fostering collaboration, faith, and pastoral care for migrants and their loved ones.

ACMIPP Annual Pastoral Planning and Team Building 2026

Guided by faith and united in mission, the Archdiocese of San Fernando – Archdiocesan Commission on Migrants and Itinerant People–Pampanga (ACMIPP) successfully held its Annual Pastoral Planning and Team Building on April 27–28, 2026 at Villa Grande, Bacolor, Pampanga.

This meaningful gathering brought together the core group, vicariates, and SDO council members in a shared journey of reflection, collaboration, and renewed commitment to serve Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and their families. Through prayer, plenary sessions, and team-building activities, participants strengthened camaraderie and deepened their dedication to the Commission’s mission.

TOSDOSA 2026 winners from Pampanga paid a courtesy call to Archbishop of San Fernando, Most Rev. Florentino G. Lavarias, D.D., a meaningful moment of gratitude, recognition, and inspiration.

Among the outstanding finalists of the 15th Gawad Anak OFW across the nation, these student achievers embody stories of resilience, sacrifice, and unwavering determination. As sons and daughters of OFWs, they carry not only their own dreams, but also the hopes of their families across borders.

Empowering communities starts with understanding and connection.

Earlier today, April 18, 2026, ACMIPP conducted its Migrant Desk Orientation at Holy Rosary Parish, Angeles City, bringing together individuals committed to supporting migrants and their families. Through the presentation of various government programs, participants gained valuable insights on how to better assist, protect, and uplift those navigating the realities of migration.

More than just an orientation, it was a meaningful space for learning, collaboration, and shared purpose. Reminding us that behind every migrant story is a family, a dream, and a community that cares.

With the firm hope in the promise of the Resurrection, the Archdiocese mourns the passing of +REVEREND FATHER FERNANDO T. DAVID today, April 14, 2026.

Father Fer, was currently serving as the Rector of the Archdiocesan Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes in Cabetican, Bacolor. Throughout his life, he dedicated his service to various parishes, including the first parish established in a resettlement area, the Good Shepherd Parish in Bulaon Resettlement, City of San Fernando. This parish was created to provide support to displaced families affected by the volcanic eruption and lahar flows of Mt. Pinatubo in the 1990s.

Details of his funeral and wake will be announced soon. Let us offer our prayers for the eternal repose of his soul.
