As we continue to prepare our hearts for the preaching of God’s Word, our Bible Reading of the Week will be 1 Timothy 4 & Ecclesiastes 1.

As we continue in building a healthy church, we need to raise faithful men (young and old) who can rightly handle the Word of Truth. One of the ways we will do this is through our Expository Sessions.

Pray for this monthly equipping which starts tomorrow. We desire each person to leave conviced that God’s Word is powerful and eager to teach it to others.

Our identity is found in Jesus, who loved us undeservingly and called us His friends. He has graciously revealed the Father and made His purposes known to us.

Christ chose and appointed us to abide in Him, bear lasting fruit, and love one another as He loved us on the cross.

Because Christ has called us, we depend on Him through prayer and live for His glory.

We are excited to host the upcoming Expository Preaching Training Workshop for Pampanga pastors and bible teachers on August 27-29, 2026. Our prayer and desire is to encourage local churches build healthy churches that values and prioritizes the preaching and teaching of God's Word. Pray with us!

Everything begins with Christ. God has laid an unchanging foundation: Christ Jesus Himself being the Cornerstone.

God is building His Church, and we are His work. Therefore, our teaching, relationships, and way of living must align with Christ.

When Christ is our Cornerstone, we stand on an unchanging foundation, grow together as His holy dwelling, and live according to His Word.

𝘚𝘦𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘳𝘦𝘸𝘢𝘵𝘤𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘮𝘰𝘯.

We remember God’s faithfulness, His steadfast love, mercy, guidance, and correction through every season.

We relay to the next generation who God is and what He has done, so they may set their hope in Him.

We renew our commitment to live gospel-centered, Scripture-driven, kingdom-minded, and Spirit-dependent lives.

And as we remember, relay, and renew, may we faithfully live as salt and light in our community, reflecting Christ and making His gospel known.

𝐃𝐎𝐂𝐓𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐒 𝐎𝐅 𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐂𝐄 𝐒𝐄𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐑 | 𝐏𝐭𝐫. 𝐃𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐟𝐚𝐧

Sinners are not merely weak they are spiritually dead in sin, unable to save themselves or turn to God apart from His grace.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐨𝐧 𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐦𝐬.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬.

Grace does not merely assist sinners. Grace saves. God gives life to the dead, grants faith and repentance, and preserves His people in Christ.

Salvation is not man reaching up to God. It is God sovereignly reaching down to rescue sinners who could never save themselves.

Dead in sin.
Made alive by grace.
All glory to God alone.

Through 45 years of God’s faithfulness, Calulut Baptist Church has stood firm on Christ: the foundation of our faith, unity, and mission.

By His grace, Christ brings us from death to life, from alienation to reconciliation, and into the family of God.

45 years built on a Rock. All for His glory. 🙏
