Amended Guidelines for the Diocesan Service Committee Catholic Charismatic Renewal – Pampanga
1. It’s is to serve a mission of the church by helping live a deeply renewed life in the spirit. Delegated government and / or disciplinary authority over the Renewal shall be exercised. Mem

ber communities maybe discipline in accordance with the rules to promulgate by the Diocesan Service Committee. The Pastoral Authority rests with those whom God has placed over the local Church, i,e the Archbishop and the Parish Priest.
2. Function
1. The Diocese Service Committee shall organize Archdiocesan conference and or seminars, and shall assist in the organization of the parish prayer group/ community including its programs and activities for the formation of its leaders and members. It shall also formulate and implement any other programs, activities and/ services that it feels will strengthen the Renewal.
