Carrying our own cross does not mean that we have to carry it alone. The Gospel reminds us that following Christ means embracing the crosses that come our way not as burdens we must bear in isolation, but as opportunities to trust more deeply in God.

When the cross feels too heavy, lean on your family, your friends, and the people whom God sends into your life. Most of all, lean on Him. God does not promise a life without struggles, but He promises to walk with us through them.

So, carry your cross with faith, but never believe that you are alone. Let others help you, allow yourself to be strengthened by those who love you, and place your trust in God. The cross may be ours to carry, but the journey was never meant to be walked alone.
