It is a part of the Negros Occidental Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, which in turn is a part of the Southern Asia-Pacific Division of the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, a world church organization. Established in the 1930s, Quezon Seventh-Day Adventist Church (QSDAC) has for decades been at the forefront in the Adventist ministry in the rural area of the District of San Carlo

s. Since its early beginning, this mother church has actively engaged in the gospel commission and has given birth to many other Seventh-day Adventist churches in the nearby communities. Given its strategic location, QSDAC has been the ideal venue for gatherings and has been central to the Adventist activities in the area. Today, Quezon Seventh-Day Adventist Church stands as a place where The Bible is the foundation of everything it teaches and does.
