We live in a society where a crumbling marriage has become normal. We have seen married couples who start sweet and loving and end up entirely bitter toward each other. We witness partners fiercely fighting against each other instead of fighting alongside one another. Many of us have become desensitized to the news of extramarital affairs because it is deemed normal.

What the world considers normal is not what God sees as normal. God has provided a better path for our marriages (and families as a whole)β€”one that is holy and pleasing in His eyes. Not every wrong is corrected immediately, not every hurt is healed overnight, and not every injustice gets an instant answer. But God sees, God knows, and God is never indifferent. Our May series reminded us that the story doesn’t end in brokenness, it ends with God making all things right in His perfect time. Justice belongs to Him, mercy comes from Him, and hope remains because of Him.

Loving people isn't always easy,
Forgiving isn't always simple,
And sometimes, the hardest questions don't have easy answers. It's honestly beautiful watching walls come down week after week and seeing everyone a little more comfortable being themselves.

Our Alpha Youth Series launched this afternoon! ✨

Alpha Youth is a space where young people can bond over food and just be themselves, ask honest questions about life, purpose, struggles, relationships, or even faith- all without pressure or judgment.

You don't need to "have it all together" before you can join Alpha; you can literally come as you are. Today was full of conversations, laughter, getting-to-know-you, new friendships, and moments that remind us we're not meant to do life alone.

If you missed today's session, this is your sign to come next Thursday. Bring a friend, sibling, or barkada, everyone is welcome!

The Greatest Treasure is JESUS

The kids had so much fun during our treasure hunt on our last day of VBS last weekend (us included πŸ€ͺ). We also received a special performance and gifts from the local community. But more than the fun, games, and surprises, they learned something very important:

The greatest treasure is not money, not gifts, not toys or other things we can buy, the greatest treasure there is is JESUS!

Jesus loves us, cares for us, and will always be with us. That is the best gift and treasure we could ever have. Seeing the children smile, learn, and enjoy God's love made our hearts so happy.

TREASURE OF FRIENDS & FAMILY

Our friends and family are precious gifts from God. Through games, Bible stories, sing & dance, and creating their own "Friendship Tree", the kids learned the importance of teamwork, encouraging, and caring for one another. In a world of temporary things, God gives us people to walk with, laugh with, work with, and grow with. What a beautiful reminder that relationships built on love are treasures worth keeping!
