We celebrate the descent of the Holy Spirit upon the apostles. The Father sent the Holy Spirit, fulfilling the promise of Jesus. The Advocate came and enabled the apostles to proclaim the mighty acts of God.

Pentecost reminds us that God still moves through ordinary people.

The same Spirit that gave courage to the apostles continues to breathe hope into tired hearts, wisdom into uncertainty, and love into a wounded world.

Come, Holy Spirit. 🔥

Ating ipinagdiriwang ngayon ang Linggo ng Pentekostes o ang Pandaigdigang Kaarawan ng Simbahang Katoliko. Ginugunita natin ang pagpanoog ng Banal na Espiritu Santo kay Maria at sa mga Apostol na Siyang nagbigay dunong at kakayahan sa kanila upang makapagsalita at makaunawa ng iba’t ibang lenggwahe na kanilang winika at ginamit upang ipahayag ang Buhay ni Hesus at ang Magandang Balita ng Diyos sa iba’t ibang parte ng mundo. Nawa’y patuluyin natin ang Espiritu Santo sa ating mga puso at hayaan nating baguhin nito ang ano mang katangiang hindi nararapat manahan sa atin upang tayo’y maging buhay na patotoo ng Diyos sa ating kapwa.

Tulad ni Sta Rita, nawa’y mamuhay tayo bilang mga lingkod ng Diyos upang tayo manatili sa banal na awa at kalinga ng Diyos Ama. Panatilihin natin ang taimtim at pagdedebosyon sa kanya.

Kami ay lubos na nagpapasalamat sa Parokya ng Sta. Barbara sa kanilang mainit na pagtanggap sa amin, at sa pagkakataong ibinigay nila upang makibahagi sa nasabing pagdiriwang sa pamamagitan ng pag-awit sa banal na misa sa unang araw ng triduo para sa nasabing anibersaryo.

Celebrating a love that is pure and absolutely beautiful. It is with immense joy that we congratulate our very own soprano, Diana Marie Valerio-Santiago, for her wedding to Jann Cedric Santiago last May 20, 2026, at the Diocesan Shrine and Parish of St. Anthony Abbot.

It was truly a joy for Voces Lucis to be part of your special day. Thank you for allowing us to witness and partake in such a beautiful celebration of your love.
