The Sacred Image & Relic of St. Francis of Assisi is now at San Alfonso Maria Fusco Parish!

In the spirit of the Jubilee Year and the Franciscan Jubilee, we warmly invite all parishioners and devotees to visit San Alfonso Maria Fusco Parish, Lictin, San Andres, Catanduanes from July 3–5, 2026 for prayer, reflection, and the veneration of the Sacred Image and Relic of St. Francis of Assisi.

You are welcome to come to the church at any time during the scheduled veneration to offer your personal prayers and pay your respects before the sacred image and relic.

For the proper veneration of the relic, we kindly ask everyone to observe the following:

1. Please do not open the glass case containing the relic.
2. Please do not remove or take the relic out of its reliquary.
3. Kindly maintain a prayerful and respectful atmosphere inside the church.

Let us come together as one faith community to seek the intercession of St. Francis of Assisi, embracing this special time of grace, prayer, and spiritual renewal.

In the spirit of Jubilee Year and in celebration of the Franciscan Jubilee, the sacred image and relic of St. Francis of Assisi will be in our parish on FRIDAY, July 3, 2026 until SUNDAY, July 5, 2026 for the veneration and exposition of the faithful.

On Sunday, following the celebration of the Holy Mass, a short catechesis on the 800th Anniversary of the Transitus of St. Francis of Assisi as well as the spiritual grace of the Plenary Indulgence granted to the faithful during the Jubilee Year will be conducted.

We invite all our parishioners to join and support this spiritual and meaningful celebration.
