The Southern Mindanao District Conference is pleased to announce the conduct of the Basic Leadership Equipping Seminar-Workshop (BLESW) for Local Church Leaders. This program is designed to empower our church leaders for effective, fruitful servant leadership and relevant ministry in our local churches.
Objectives:
1. To educate and empower leaders of local churches—particularly Council Officers and Board Members—toward productive, effective, and accountable church leadership and management.
2. To assist each local church in developing a SMART Annual Plan and Budget (Simplified OGSM) that will serve as a practical guide for the church's ministries and programs.
3. To strengthen the working relationship between Pastors and Local Church Leaders in administering the life, mission, and ministries of the local church.

As part of our commitment to the renewal and strengthening of our churches, we are inviting all local churches to send their delegates to participate in this important leadership training (Pastor, Council Officers, Board Members) and kindly bring List of Members, List of Officers and Annual Program Plan and Budget 2026-2027.

UCCP LICUP | Father's Day Celebration

With hearts full of gratitude, the UCCP Licup Church family joyfully celebrated Father's Day in honor of all fathers and father figures who faithfully lead their families with love, wisdom, and faith in God.

As a special tribute, the children offered heartfelt presentations through dance, songs, and poems, expressing their love and appreciation for their fathers. Their performances brought joy, inspiration, and blessings to everyone present.

Through the initiative of Christ Fel Rose Saligumba, simple tokens of appreciation were also given to all fathers, future fathers, and those who have embraced the role of fatherhood. This thoughtful gesture served as a reminder that every father's love, sacrifice, and dedication are valued and appreciated.

May God continue to bless, strengthen, and guide all fathers as they fulfill their calling in their families, church, and community.
