With hearts full of faith and gratitude, Sto. Rosario Parish Church proudly celebrates the Santa Cruzan 2026 a timeless Filipino Catholic tradition that beautifully reflects our devotion to the Holy Cross and our love for the Blessed Virgin Mary.

As flowers bloom and queens walk in grace and elegance, we are reminded that the true beauty of the Santa Cruzan lies not in crowns or gowns, but in the faith that unites our community as one family in Christ. This sacred celebration commemorates the finding of the Holy Cross by Queen Helena and serves as a reminder for all of us to continuously seek Christ in our daily lives.

With hearts full of gratitude and joy, we celebrate the Culmination of Flores de Mayo 2026 a month dedicated to honoring our Blessed Virgin Mary through prayers, flowers, songs, and acts of devotion. Throughout this beautiful celebration, we witnessed the faith of children, youth, families, catechists, and devotees who offered not only flowers, but also their love and hearts to Mama Mary.

Flores de Mayo reminds us that just as flowers bloom beautifully, our faith must also continue to grow and flourish through prayer, humility, kindness, and service. Through the guidance and intercession of the Blessed Mother, may we always remain close to Jesus and become instruments of peace, love, and hope in our community.

PENTECOST SUNDAY — THE BIRTHDAY OF THE CHURCH

Pentecost is more than a celebration of an event in history; it is the celebration of the moment the Church came alive through the power of the Holy Spirit. On this sacred day, the apostles who once hid behind locked doors in fear were transformed into fearless witnesses of Christ. Filled with the Spirit, they stepped out into the world to proclaim the Good News to every nation and every people.

This is why Pentecost is called the “birthday of the Church” — because it marked the beginning of the Church’s mission to bring Christ’s light, love, and salvation to the world. What started with a small group of disciples became a living and universal family of faith that continues to grow through every generation.

The same Holy Spirit who descended upon the apostles continues to guide and strengthen the Church today. In moments of fear, He gives courage. In moments of weakness, He gives strength. In moments of doubt, He reminds us that God is always present and faithful.

As we celebrate Pentecost Sunday, may we open our hearts to the Spirit once again. May He renew our faith, unite our communities, and send us forth to become living witnesses of Christ in our homes, schools, churches, and everyday lives.

Come, Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of Your faithful and kindle in them the fire of Your love.

Celebrating the Feast of Our Lady of Fatima

On May 13, 1917, our Blessed Mother appeared in Fátima with a message of prayer, repentance, and peace. May her loving guidance lead us closer to Christ as we continue to pray the Holy Rosary and become instruments of peace and hope.

To the women who love with gentle strength, quiet sacrifice, and unwavering faith—may you always be inspired by the loving heart of Mother Mary.

Just like Mama Mary, may all mothers continue to nurture, guide, and pray for their families with grace and compassion.

Happy Mother’s Day to all amazing moms! Thank you for being our light, comfort, and reflection of God’s love.
