Unfaithfulness doesn’t happen overnight. It begins quietly in the compromises we tolerate, the boundaries we ignore, and the desires we choose to entertain. God takes faithfulness seriously because He Himself is faithful. That’s why He commands, “You shall not commit adultery” (Exodus 20:14).

And I heard a voice from heaven, saying, “Write, ‘Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on!’ ‘Yes,’ says the Spirit, ‘so that they may rest from their labors, for their deeds follow with them.’” Revelation 14:13

We often hear the phrase, "You can’t take it with you." And while that’s true for earthly matters, Scripture gives us a beautiful secret: our deeds follow us. Being a good steward isn't just about managing the "here and now." It’s about realizing our "labors"—the hard work of choosing generosity over greed and service over self—are never wasted. When we finally enter our rest, we don't leave our impact behind; we find that our faithfulness has prepared a legacy that lasts forever.
