Mga pinalangga nga kautoran kay Kristo, sa tunga sang kalisod nga ginpas-an sang aton mga pumoluyo tungod sa mabaskog nga pagbaha nga gindalá ni Bagyo Ramil, ang Arkidiosesis sang Capiz, paagi sa aton pinalangga nga Arzobispo, Most Rev. Victor B. Bendico, D.D., nagapanawagan sang aton tagipusuon kag pagbinuligay.

Subong nga may madamo nga pamilya nga nawad-an sang puloy-an, pangabuy-anan, kag bisan mga hinigugma sa kabuhi, ginahinyo naton ang tanan nga magbukas sang tagipusuon para sa pagbulig. Beloved brothers and sisters in Christ, in the midst of the hardship being endured by our fellow citizens due to the severe flooding brought by Typhoon Ramil, the Archdiocese of Capiz, through our beloved Archbishop, the Most Rev. Victor B. Bendico, D.D., is calling upon our hearts to unite in compassion and solidarity.

Now that many families have lost their homes, sources of livelihood, and even their loved ones, we appeal to everyone to open their hearts and extend help. Even a small act of kindness — whether food, clothing, water, or financial assistance — can bring great hope to those who are suffering today.

Excited na bala ang tanan para sa Year 2? Indi na magpaulihi, paregister na parihas sa kay Lena!

𝑯𝒐𝒘 𝒕𝒐 𝑹𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒓: ✍️

1. The event is open to all ages. Participants will be categorized according to their age group such as:
a.6-10 years old
b.11-20 years old
c.21 years old and above
2. Each category will have its own set of winners (1st, 2nd and 3rd Place) and will receive medals, cash prizes, and certificates of recognition.
3. Although registration is FREE, as part of the environmental advocacy participants should donate fruit-bearing seeds as their ticket to join the event. The number of seeds will depend on the following seed categories.
4. If participants are unable to meet the required number of seeds in the seed category, participants may donate a percentage of each category but must sum up to 100%. (Example 125 tiny (25%) + 200 small (50%) + 50 medium (20%) + 5 large (5%) = 100 %)
5. You can register at the 𝐂𝐚𝐏𝐄𝐍𝐑𝐎, 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐳 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐥. Registration will be open until October 31, 2024, at 5 p.m.
6.The first 100 participants to register will get a 𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐄 𝐊𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐑𝐔𝐍 𝐭-𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐭.
7. The 5.6 km KapaligiRUN will start at 5:00 am. Assembly and starting point will be at Robinson's Roxas Brgy. Lawaan and will end at the People's Park, Barangay Baybay, Roxas City, where a Zumba session will be held.
8. Runners are encouraged to pick any litter they encounter along the route, contributing to our ongoing efforts to reduce waste and promote cleanliness in public spaces.
9. During the activity, participants are required to bring eco-bags/sacks/plastic containers which will serve as containers for picked-up litter or waste.
10.Participants are required to bring their own water bottles to minimize the use of plastic during the event.

CONFIDAM | As a concrete response to Laudato Si encyclical of Pope Francis and one with the celebration of the Season of Creation, St. Joseph Tech. Voc, the Technical Vocational school of the Archdiocese of Capiz goes renewable energy at 32 kwh solar energy this year.

Please be informed also that there are already EXISTING solar energy systems in the Archdiocese of Capiz, such as:
