HOLY FRIDAY:

The 7 Last Words of Jesus Christ
- They represent forgiveness, salvation, family care ,abandonment,distress, triumph and final trust.
1.Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do "- Luke 23:24 A prayer of forgiveness to the crucifiers.
2. " Truly, I say to you, today you will be with me in paradise "- Luke 23:43 A promise of salvation to the penitent thief
3. " Woman, behold your son, behold your mother " - John 19:26-27 Jesus ensures the care of his mother by commending her to his disciple.
4." My God .my God . Why have you forsaken me"- Matthew 27:46 A cry expressing deep spiritual suffering.
5. I Thirst -John 19:28 An expression of human physical agony and fulfillment of scripture.
6." It is finished"-John 19:30 A declaration that his mission of atonement and suffering is complete.
7. " Father, into your hands I commend my spirit "- Luke 23:46 A final peaceful surrender to God the Father.

🟥🟨MORNING SESSION DAY 2🟦🟪

SYNERGY is the divine bonus achieved when individuals work together harmoniously.
Teamwork becomes most effective when each person helps others succeed, contributing their unique skills for the growth, unity, and sustainability of the church.

COLLECTIVE LEADERSHIP
A relational process where people come together to pursue change and achieve shared goals. True leadership is not about one person’s influence, but a system of relationships that empowers the body to lead itself unified in purpose and action.

Let us reflect Are we content with what’s happening in our church?
Are we growing, aligning, and developing the next generation of leaders or merely relaxing in routine?

Remember, a healthy church starts with a healthy team.
Don’t just start with a plan start with people.
Because we are not the only source of wisdom, but together, we become stronger through collective leadership.
