Hello, August!

A new month is a fresh opportunity to grow deeper in our relationship with God.

This Sunday’s Youth Alive Service reminded us that devotion is a daily practice of spending intentional time with God through prayer, reflection, and studying His Word. As we make time for Him—not just try to find time—He centers our lives on Him, aligns us with His will, and gives us the guidance and strength we need each day.

We also discovered practical ways to build a consistent devotional life: believing that the Bible is God’s Word, asking the Holy Spirit to guide us, studying it intentionally, and applying it to our daily lives through the S.O.A.P.S. Bible Study Method.

From exciting icebreaker games and uplifting praise and worship to God’s Word and meaningful group discussions, every moment reminded us that spiritual growth happens best in community.

Don’t just start a new month—start a new habit of seeking God every day. 🙏📖

It’s a new month, and we’re choosing to LIVE LOUD for Jesus! 🔥

As we begin the month of August, let’s make one thing clear—we’re not staying silent about our faith. We’re choosing to stand for Christ, live out His Word, and reflect His love wherever He places us.

This Sunday, let’s start the month by prioritizing God’s presence and growing deeper in our walk with Him as we continue our Discipleship Manual Series: Topic 3 – Devotion.

YA SportsFest Recap 🏃‍♂️🏐🏸

Despite the rain, God’s goodness was evident throughout the activity. The youth came ready in their sports attire as we gathered at the church for briefing. As we prepared to leave, the weather seemed uncertain, but by His grace, the rain stopped when we arrived at the oval. A light drizzle remained, yet HIS goodness was greater.
Although we weren’t able to play basketball as planned, the youth still enjoyed the alternative activities and made the most of the day. It was filled with joy, laughter, and meaningful connections. 💛

Thank you to everyone who joined and participated! We look forward to more activities like this, opportunities for the youth to grow, strengthen friendships, and deepen their personal relationship with the Lord.

All for His glory. 🙌

Youth Alive will be holding their Sportsfest, while Young Pros will have their “Run with a Purpose,” combining jogging and evangelism.
