When we mentor our mentees, we are planting seeds in them.
And those seeds require investment.
They do not bloom overnight.
They do not automatically transform.
Because mentoring requires patience.
And when the time has come,
don't be jealous if their flowers are more colorful and fragrant than ours.
Because you cultivated them.
