Jesus, Name full of glory, grace, love, and strength! You are the refuge of those who repent, our banner of warfare in this life, the medicine of souls, the comfort of those who mourn, the delight of those who believe, the light of those who preach the true faith, the wages of those who toil, the healing of the sick. To You our devotion aspires; by You our prayers are received; we delight in contemplating You. O Name of Jesus, You are the glory of all the saints for eternity. Amen.

Prayer to St. John the Evangelist

O glorious Apostle, who, on account of thy virginal purity, wast so beloved by Jesus as to deserve to lay thy head upon His divine breast, and to be left, in His place, as son to His most holy Mother: I beg thee to inflame me with a most ardent love toward Jesus and Mary. Obtain for me from our Lord that I, too, with a heart purified from earthly afflictions, may be made worthy to be ever united to Jesus as a faithful disciple, and to Mary as a devoted son, both here on earth and eternally in heaven. Amen.

O Hesus, Ikaw ang Pag-ibig
at Buhay ng aking kaluluwa.

Nasusumpungan ko ang tunay
na kapayapaan at tunay
na kaligayahan sa Iyong pag-ibig,
sa paglilingkod sa Iyo,
at sa pagtulad sa Iyong mga birtud.

Iniaalay ko ang aking sarili sa Iyo gawin mo kung ano ang Iyong ibigin sa akin.

Amang Walang Hanggan,
Ikaw ang nag-iisang Diyos na Walang kamatayan, Diyos na Pag-ibig,
maawain at mabait.

Masdan mo ang Iyong
bugtong na Anak,
si Hesukristo, at maawa ka.

Iniaalay Ko sa Iyo ang
mga pasakit ng Kanyang
paghampas sa haligi,
ang Kanyang mga sugat at dugo,
para sa lahat ng Iyong
mga tao na nasa ilalim
ng bigat ng sumpa dahil
sa mga kasalanan ng kanilang
mga ninuno at ang aming
pagsuway sa pagsira
sa tipan na ginawa namin sa Iyo.

Nawa'y palayain Mo ako
sa pamamagitan ng paghagupit
ng Iyong Anak, pagalingin
ako sa pamamagitan
ng Kanyang mga sugat at iligtas
kami sa kapahamakan
sa pamamagitan
ng kanyang Mahal at kalinis-linisang
Dugo ng iyong Bugtong na anak,
palayain kami sa mga sumpa,
at panganib.

Sa Pamamagitan ni Hesukristo, kasama ng Espiritu Santo magpasawalang hanggan. Amen.
