You donโt beg for love when you know what the cross cost.๐ฅโฅ๏ธ
One of the quiet wounds many people carry is the habit of begging for loveโstaying too long, trying too hard, explaining ourselves endlessly, hoping someone will finally choose us.
But remember that:
God did not hesitate.
God did not bargain.
God did not wait to see if we were worth it.
HE GAVE.
Before repentance, before obedience, before we had anything to offerโlove moved first. The cross stands as proof that love, when it is real, does not need to be begged for. It pours itself out willingly.Human love can be inconsistent, conditional, and fragileโbut Godโs love is anchored in sacrifice. He didnโt just say He loved the world; He proved it at the highest cost.
Let this truth settle deep in your heart:
You are not unlovableโyou are already loved.
And when you know that, you stop begging for crumbs where a feast was always promised.
Live from the assurance of Godโs love, not the desperation for human approval. When His love becomes your foundation, you no longer chase validationโyou walk in identity.
You are already loved at the highest cost.
So donโt beg for what God says you already have.
You donโt chase loveโyou live from it.
