• April 12 — Divine Mercy Sunday
This feast reminds us that no matter how great our sins or how far we feel from God, His mercy is always greater. Instituted in response to the revelations received by St. Faustina, Divine Mercy Sunday invites us to return to God with trust and confidence. It is a day to receive healing, forgiveness, and a fresh start, while also being called to show mercy and compassion to others in our daily lives.
• May 13 — Our Lady of Fatima
On this day, we remember the apparitions of the Blessed Virgin Mary to three young shepherds in Fatima, Portugal, in 1917. Her message was simple yet urgent: pray the Rosary, repent, and turn back to God. It is a powerful reminder that prayer has the ability to bring peace—not only in our personal lives, but in the whole world.
• May 17 — Ascension of the Lord
The Ascension marks the moment Jesus returned to Heaven, 40 days after His Resurrection. While it may seem like a “departure,” it is actually a moment of hope. Christ entrusts His mission to His followers and promises to remain with us in a new way. It reminds us that our true home is in Heaven, and that we are called to live with purpose here on earth.
• May 24 — Pentecost Sunday
Pentecost celebrates the coming of the Holy Spirit upon the apostles, giving them courage, wisdom, and strength to proclaim the Gospel. It is often called the “birthday of the Church” because it marks the beginning of its mission to the world. This day reminds us that we, too, are empowered by the Holy Spirit to live boldly in faith and to share God’s love with others.
• May 31 — Holy Trinity Sunday
This feast honors the mystery of one God in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Though it is a mystery beyond full human understanding, it reveals that God is a relationship of perfect love. It invites us to reflect on how we are created in that love and called to live in unity, relationship, and self-giving love with others.
• June 4 — Corpus Christi Sunday
Corpus Christi celebrates the real presence of Jesus in the Holy Eucharist—His Body and Blood. It is a powerful reminder that Christ is not distant, but truly present with us in a tangible way. This feast invites us to deepen our reverence for the Eucharist and recognize it as the source and summit of our faith, nourishing us spiritually and strengthening our relationship with God.
