9 “This, then, is how you should pray:
“‘Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name,
10 your kingdom come,
your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
11 Give us today our daily bread.
12 And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.
13 And lead us not into temptation, [a] but deliver us from the evil one.

• Honoring God
- Begin your prayer by worshiping God.

• Seek God's Will
- Do/Ask for God's will, not your own.

• Give us this day our daily bread
- We are acknowledging that God is our sustainer and provider.

• Forgive our sins as we forgive those who sins against us
- Love your enemy as you love yourself.

•Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil
- We need the protection of God in our lives

Huwag kang gagawa ng imahen ng anumang nilalang na nasa langit, nasa lupa, o nasa tubig upang sambahin. Huwag na huwag mo silang yuyukuran o paglilingkuran man, sapagkat akong si Yahweh na iyong Diyos ay mapanibughuin. 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐞: “The Good Seeds and the Bad Weeds”
𝐒𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞: Matthew 13:24-30

—As Christians, we are the good seeds, the faithful believers of Christ; the people who belong to the Kingdom. Jesus referred to us as the righteous men of God who do not only do good deeds but also represents God in every way.

The bad seeds are those who lurk in the darkness. They co-exist with us, the good ones. That’s the reality in this world, there are believers and unbelievers, evil, & bad. Thus, walking in righteousness becomes challenging at times. Hence, we need Jesus everyday—Jesus’ life laid out as our best example on how to walk righteously despite being surrounded by evil and temptations.

𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐞: “JESUS is the Master of calming the storm.”
𝐒𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞: Matthew 8:23-26

As followers of Christ, we are not excused from the storms of life. God did not promised a life with no storms nor challenges but as we walk with Him, He did promise that we will not be alone nor drown even in the midst of strong storms. Just like when Peter, one of His disciples, who walked in water; He is merciful and faithful to those who call upon Him.

Only Jesus can give us peace that surpasses all understanding. Thus, whenever we face storms in life, we should call upon Him; nothing is too hard and too impossible for the Lord.

There is peace in times of trouble.
There is peace in the midst if storms.
Storm is part of our life but so is Jesus, the prince of peace.

𝐒𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞: Matthew 6:1-6

Walang anuman ang maililihim sa ating Panginoon. Ang tunay na kristyano ay may katwiran at kabanalan sa kaniyang buhay.
Kung gagawa tayo ng mabuti ay dapat hindi nagkukunwari o pakitang-tao lamang sapagkat alam ng Diyos ang nilalaman ng ating mga puso.

- Act with sincerity and humility. Religion can make you religious but you can never fake your heart before the Lord.
- Serving the Lord in spirit and in truth. Do not be conformed with the pattern of the world because a true Christian is a righteous one rather than a religious one.

𝐒𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞: Psalm 119:103-106

103 How sweet are your words to my taste,
sweeter than honey to my mouth!
104 I gain understanding from your precepts;
therefore I hate every wrong path.
105 Your word is a lamp for my feet,
a light on my path.
106 I have taken an oath and confirmed it,
that I will follow your righteous laws.

What should we remember/learn from the word of God about Money?

1. Money is our protection.
(Ecclesiastes 7:12)
2. Money should be invested and be spent wisely.
3. Money is made so we can give back to God; we can honor Him through our giving.
4. We should not love money.
