As we close this yearโs Altar Serversโ Month, we look back with grateful hearts, not only at the celebration, but at the many people who have made this ministry what it is today.
To those who served before us, thank you for lighting the way.
To those who serve today, thank you for keeping the flame burning.
And to those who will serve tomorrow, the altar is waiting for you. โจ
From the past, to the present, and into the future, the mission continues: to serve with faith, humility, joy, and love.
Altar Serversโ Month may be over, but our service does not end here. The flame we received, we carry forward.
To every altar server who has ever knelt, stood, carried, assisted, learned, laughed, struggled, and served at the altarโthis is our story. This is our ministry. This is SJBYMโKnights and Dames of the Altar. ๐ค
Once a server, always a servant.
