Santa Maria Magdalena, halimbawa ka ng taus-pusong pagsisisi at pagsasa-ayos ng buhay. Nang magbalik-loob ka’y naging mapagmahal at tapat na alagad ni Hesus. Salamat po sa iyong pagsaksi na si Hesus ay muling nabuhay at siyang Diyos na mapagpatawad at mapagmahal.

Ngayon ikaw ay nasa walang hanggang kaligayahan sa Kanyang maluwalhating presensya, ipinakakiki-usap ko po na iyong ipamagitan, ako na isang mahina at makasalanan, upang dito at sa buhay sa kabila, si Hesus na mahal ang aking maging buhay at dahilan.

MUSIKALINGA: Awit ng Paghilom, Himig ng Pag-asa 🎶😇

Kasalukuyang ginaganap sa University of the Philippines - Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH) Chapel ang isang natatanging healing concert sa karangalan ni Nuestra Señora de la Salud (Inay Salud), Our Lady of Health.

Bahagi ito ng isang linggong Pagbisita ng National Pilgrim Image ni Inay Salud sa pambansang pagamutan na naglalayong maghatid ng pag-asa, kalinga, at pagpapalalim ng pananampalataya sa mga maysakit, at ng kanilang mga pamilya, at mga tagapag-alaga.

Pinamagatang "MusiKalinga: Awit ng Paghilom, Himig ng Pag-asa," ito ang kauna-unahang healing concert dito sa UP-PGH na isinasagawa bilang bahagi ng patuloy na pagpapalawak at pagpapalalim ng debosyon kay Inay Salud sa ika-392 taon ng pagdating ng kanyang orihinal na imahe sa Pilipinas.

Ang konsiyerto ay bunga ng pagtutulungan ng UP-PGH Chapel, CFCI Mission Community, at Cofradía del Tránsito de Nuestra Señora (Cofradia), kung saan tampok bilang pangunahing tagapagtanghal ang Thessalonian Evangelical Singers Apostolate. 🩵

We joyfully invite everyone to welcome Nuestra Señora de la Salud as she graces the University of the Philippines-Philippine General Hospital, 𝙏𝙖𝙛𝙩 𝘼𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙪𝙚, 𝙀𝙧𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙖, 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙡𝙖, this 𝟰–𝟭𝟭 𝙅𝙪𝙡𝙮 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, with Her loving presence.

Her visit will begin with the Rite of Reception at 4:00 PM, followed by the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. Thereafter, the Rite of Imposition of the veil once used by the Original Image of Inay Salud will take place.

Let us come together as one community to experience the comforting embrace and healing love of Inay Salud, as she visits her children and showers them with her maternal care.

Prayer to St. Joseph

Hail, Guardian of the Redeemer,
Spouse of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
To you God entrusted his only Son;

Remember, O most pure spouse of the Blessed Virgin Mary, my great protector, Saint Joseph, that no one ever had recourse to your protection, or implored your aid without obtaining relief. Confiding therefore in your goodness, I come before you. Do not turn down my petitions, foster father of the Redeemer, but graciously receive them. Amen.

Maligayang Kapistahan, Señor San Jose!!! 💛💚

Patron: of the Universal Church, unborn children, fathers, workers, travelers, immigrants, and a happy death
The Bible pays Joseph the highest compliment: he was a “just” man. The quality meant a lot more than faithfulness in paying debts.
When the Bible speaks of God “justifying” someone, it means that God, the all-holy or “righteous” one, so transforms a person that the individual shares somehow in God’s own holiness, and hence it is really “right” for God to love him or her. In other words, God is not playing games, acting as if we were lovable when we are not.
By saying Joseph was “just,” the Bible means that he was completely open to all that God wanted to do for him. He became holy by opening himself totally to God.
The rest we can easily surmise. Think of the kind of love with which he wooed and won Mary, and the depth of the love they shared during their marriage.
It is no contradiction of Joseph’s manly holiness that he decided to divorce Mary when she was found to be with child. The important words of the Bible are that he planned to do this “quietly” because he was “a righteous man, yet unwilling to expose her to shame” (Matthew 1:19).
The just man was simply, joyfully, wholeheartedly obedient to God—in marrying Mary, in naming Jesus, in shepherding the precious pair to Egypt, in bringing them to Nazareth, in the undetermined number of years of quiet faith and courage.
