**Prayer Blessing for Grandparents and the Elderly**
God of all generations,
You are the source of life and the sustainer of our days. You have walked with your people through every season of life, from the vigor of youth to the wisdom of old age. From generation to generation, your mercy endures, and you bless the world through the faith and witness of your people.
We lift up to you our beloved grandparents and the elderly—those who have journeyed long and faithfully, whose hands have labored in love, whose words have guided and consoled, and whose presence is a treasure to their families and communities.
Bless them, O Lord, with health of body, peace of heart, and the joy that comes from knowing they are loved, remembered, and needed.
Surround them, Lord, with the love of their families and friends. Let them never feel alone or forgotten. Give them the grace to offer their sufferings and joys as a prayer for the world.
And when their days are complete, welcome them into your eternal embrace, where age is transformed into glory and every tear is wiped away.
We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.
