Today, the members of the Ministry of Altar Servers came together in prayer and thanksgiving as we officially opened the celebration of Altar Servers' Month through the Holy Eucharist, presided over by our parish priest, Rev. Fr. Noel Elorde.

As we begin this month's journey, may we continue to grow not only as altar servers, but also as young disciples who inspire others through our service, prayer, and love for the Church.

The wait is over! After weeks of anticipation, we proudly reveal the official banner for A𝐀𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 and the 𝟒𝟎𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲 of 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐅𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐡 – 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬 (TOFP-MAS).

Carrying this year’s theme, “𝑺𝒂𝒎𝒂𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝑷𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒂𝒚 𝒏𝒈 𝑷𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒉𝒐𝒏, 𝑨𝒑𝒂𝒕𝒏𝒂𝒑𝒖𝒏𝒈 𝑻𝒂𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝑵𝒂𝒈𝒍𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒌𝒐𝒅 𝒔𝒂 𝑩𝒂𝒚𝒂𝒏 𝒏𝒈 𝑷𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒐𝒐𝒏,” this celebration reflects the enduring bond, dedication, and faith that have shaped TOFP-MAS throughout its four decades of service.

For four decades, TOFP-MAS has been committed to forming young men to serve with faith, humility, discipline, and reverence at the Lord's altar. 𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐘 𝐆𝐄𝐍𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐋 𝐄𝐗𝐀𝐌 | 𝐉𝐔𝐋𝐘 𝟐𝟓, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

On July 25, 2026, the General Examination for the Altar Servers of the Our Father Parish was successfully conducted as part of the ministry's preparation for this year's formation series and evaluation program.

The examination was administered to assess the members' knowledge about the Catechism of the Catholic Church, the Holy Mass, liturgical practices, and the responsibilities of an altar server. It also served as an opportunity to reinforce the importance of continuous learning, discipline, and excellence in the ministry.

The Ministry of Altar Servers commends all members who participated in the examination and encourages them to continue growing in faith, knowledge, and commitment as they faithfully serve God and His Church.

𝐅𝐈𝐑𝐒𝐓 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐈𝐄𝐖 𝐒𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍 | 𝐉𝐔𝐋𝐘 𝟐𝟓, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

On July 25, 2026, the 1st Interview Session for Aspirancy 2026 applicants of the Ministry of Altar Servers was successfully conducted as part of the ministry's formation and screening process.

The applicants were interviewed by Sem. Kean Patrick Imbat, the Disciplinary Officer of the ministry, who assessed their willingness to undergo formation, their commitment to serving, and their readiness to begin their journey as aspiring altar servers. The interview marked an important stage in the ministry's screening and formation process, helping each applicant discern and prepare for a life of faithful and reverent service at the altar.

The Ministry of Altar Servers extends its gratitude to all the applicants for their willingness to answer the call to serve. Let us continue to keep them in our prayers as they begin their journey of formation and discipleship.
