๐ฌ๐ผ๐ ๐๐ผ๐ปโ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ผ ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ ๐๐ ๐๐น๐ผ๐ป๐ฒ
Thereโs a phrase in this talk that stayed with me long after I finished reading it:
โThe work is too heavy for you. You cannot handle it alone.โ
And honestly, I think many of us need to hear that.
Because somewhere along the way, we started believing that strength means carrying everything by ourselves.
We try to solve every problem.
Meet every expectation.
Fulfill every responsibility.
And when we get tired, we simply tell ourselves, โKaya ko pa.โ
As I reflected on this message, I remembered something that happened years ago when I first started serving. Back then, I thought leadership meant always having the answers. I felt that I needed to be strong all the time because people were depending on me.
But over the years, God slowly taught me a different lesson:
๐ ๐ฎ๐๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐ ๐ถ๐ ๐ป๐ผ๐ ๐ธ๐ป๐ผ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐๐ต๐ถ๐ป๐ด.
๐ ๐ฎ๐๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐ ๐ถ๐ ๐ธ๐ป๐ผ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ป ๐๐ผ ๐ฎ๐๐ธ ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ต๐ฒ๐น๐ฝ.
That was Moses' lesson too. He needed Joshua's strength and Jethro's wisdom. Neither could replace the other. Both were necessary.
And maybe that's true for us as well.
Sometimes God sends us a Joshua, someone younger who brings fresh ideas, energy, and perspective.
Sometimes He sends us a Jethro, someone older who helps us slow down, think clearly, and see what we cannot see ourselves.
The blessing comes when we're humble enough to receive both.
This talk reminded me that life was never meant to be a solo project.

๐ช๐ฒ ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ณ๐ฎ๐บ๐ถ๐น๐.

And we need people from different generations walking alongside us.
Because the truth is, the burdens of life become lighter when they're shared.
And as I reflect on this message, one truth settles deeply in my heart:
