OUR MISSION STATEMENTS
The YOUNG AMBASSADORS FOR CHIRST - YAC/ Mary Our Mother Queen of Peace Ministry is a Catholic movement composed of young adults (15 years & older) who meet every month to hold their prayer meetings and bible

reflections, plan weekend recollections, leadership workshops and other worthwhile activities that could enrich the spiritual growth of every member.

*Goals*
1. To develop junior disciples by learning and studying the Bible and putting into practice what is learned from the Book with the help and explanation by a priest and only given by a priest.
2. To foster love of God by receiving the sacraments often and by living His teachings…
4. To foster spiritual and social unity among youth through positive and worthwhile activities at all times…
5. To exercise self-discipline, proper behaviors and respect for other authorities…
6. To foster love of family and unity among peoples.
7. To increase the desire of each individual to enrich one’s knowledge of his/her faith…
8. To get “involved” and intelligently contribute to worthwhile Catholic activities.

Congratulations to our YAC #25 Renewal Retreat Director.

The journey to this moment was not easy. Through years of service, challenges, sacrifices, and countless moments of faith, God continued to shape and prepare you for the mission entrusted to you today.

This directorship is not merely the result of personal achievement, but a testament to God’s perfect timing and unfailing grace. When the path seemed uncertain, His will remained steadfast. And now, in His appointed time, He has called and chosen you to lead.

You were chosen not by merit alone, but by grace. Through every trial and every season of waiting, the Lord was preparing your heart for this very purpose. Your genuine love for serving, humble spirit, and unwavering dedication to the ministry have been evident throughout your journey. You have consistently led not for recognition, but out of a sincere desire to serve God and His people. It is this authenticity and faithfulness that make you worthy of the mission entrusted to you today.

May you continue to lead with humility, faith, and a servant’s heart, trusting that the One who called you will also guide and strengthen you throughout this journey.

As you embark on this new mission, may God grant you wisdom, strength, and courage in every step you take. Good luck on the upcoming retreat and the responsibilities that come with this calling. May the Holy Spirit guide you as you lead others closer to Christ and fulfill the mission entrusted to you.

With grateful hearts, we thank all our supporters, benefactors, sponsors, and prayer partners who helped make the YAC Renewal Retreat #24 and YMAC Recollection Retreat #6 possible.

Your generosity, support, and prayers became God’s instruments in making this retreat a meaningful and life-changing experience for so many young people. Because of you, many were given the opportunity to encounter Christ, grow in faith, and experience His love in a deeper way.

To all our staff, directors, coordinators, and servant leaders, thank you for your dedication, hard work, sacrifices, and countless hours of preparation. Your service, patience, and love have touched many lives. May God bless you abundantly for all that you have done for His mission.

We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to our priests, speakers, and spiritual guides. Thank you for sharing your time, wisdom, and faith with us. Through your words and example, many hearts were inspired, encouraged, and drawn closer to God.

This retreat was more than just an event—it was a special encounter with the Lord. It was a time to be still, listen, pray, heal, and be renewed in His presence. We witnessed God’s love, mercy, and grace working in the lives of so many.

As we return to our daily lives, may we carry with us the lessons, memories, and blessings we received during this retreat. Let us continue to live our faith, serve with love, and become true ambassadors of Christ wherever we are.

May the fire of the Holy Spirit continue to guide us, strengthen us, and inspire us to bring Christ closer to the youth and the youth closer to Christ.

Together, let us keep moving forward in faith, trusting always in God’s perfect plan and timing.

Retreat may have ended last Sunday, but the grace of God continues to live in our hearts.

Last Sunday marked the end of our retreat, but it was never meant to be the end of our journey with Christ. It was only the beginning of a deeper relationship with Jesus and a stronger commitment to live our faith each day.

We came as we were—tired, searching, hopeful, and longing. We left renewed, encouraged, and reminded that God never stops calling us closer to Him.

May we continue to stay close to Jesus and Mary, hold on to the lessons we received, cherish the friendships we built, and keep the fire of faith burning in our hearts.

The retreat is over, but the mission continues. Let us go forth with renewed hearts, living witnesses of God’s love wherever He sends us.

The experience may be behind us, but the grace we received will continue to guide us forward.

In a world filled with noise and distractions, true leadership begins with being still and listening to God's voice.

To our Retreat Director, Sis. Rhea, thank you for faithfully answering God's call and leading YAC #24 and YMAC #6 through this journey of faith. Through your dedication, guidance, and trust in God's plan, you helped create a space where many encountered His love and presence.

As we reflect on the theme, "Be still and know that I am God" (Psalm 46:10), we celebrate not only a successful retreat but also a leader who reminded us to place our confidence in the One who is always in control.

A successful retreat is never the work of one person alone, it is the result of countless prayers, sacrifices, and acts of service offered with love.

To our dedicated Staff and Coordinators, thank you for your unwavering commitment, patience, and hard work in making this retreat a meaningful and memorable experience for YAC #24 and YMAC #6. From the months of preparation to the final moments of the retreat, your efforts became instruments of God's grace.

From strangers to family, from seekers to witnesses of God's love, YAC #24 and YMAC #6 have completed their retreat journey.

Anchored in the theme, "Be still and know that I am God" (Psalm 46:10), they learned to pause, listen, and encounter God's presence amidst the noise of the world.

As they graduate from this retreat, may they carry the lessons, friendships, and faith they have gained into their daily lives. May their hearts remain still enough to hear God's voice and courageous enough to follow His call.
