The organization was founded on February 10, 2008 by the Grace Gospel Church of Chrsit, Litex - Things to Come Mission Philippines, Inc. Its group verse is "Rejoice, young man, in thy youth; and let thy heart cheer thee in the days of thy youth, and walk in the ways of thy heart, and in the sight of thine eyes; but know that for all these [things] God will bring thee into judgment." in Ecclesiaste

It aims "To reach the unreached and bring them to Christ," through organizing the church young people, making them to be matured in Christ, equipped in their ministry to bring glory to God.
