"The Son of Man will send his angels, and they will collect out of his kingdom all who cause others to sin and all evildoers. They will throw them into the fiery furnace, where there will be wailing and grinding of teeth. Then the righteous will shine like the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Whoever has ears ought to hear.โ€ (Matthew 13:24โ€“43)

The Gospel reminds us that Godโ€™s Kingdom grows quietly within us, like a mustard seed and yeast that transform. Yet, we are constantly called to choose between good and evil.

What will we allow to grow within us? Will it be goodness that shines or sin that dims the light of our souls? May we continue to choose what is good and remain faithful to God.

Fresh vegetables were distributed to members of the community through the generous support of ๐“๐š๐ง๐ ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐˜๐š๐ฆ๐š๐ง ๐…๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐š๐ง๐ ๐๐ƒ๐Ž ๐…๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง.

We sincerely thank both foundations for sharing their blessings and for helping make this initiative possible. Your generosity has helped provide much-needed support to the families in our community.

We also want to recognize and thank ๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ฏ๐จ๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ who worked both in front of and behind the scenes to make the distribution possible and on the ground to make the distribution happen. Today, the Church celebrates the ๐…๐ž๐š๐ฌ๐ญ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐Ž๐ฎ๐ซ ๐‹๐š๐๐ฒ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐Œ๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ญ ๐‚๐š๐ซ๐ฆ๐ž๐ฅ, reminding us of Mary's motherly care and her unfailing desire to lead every soul to Christ.

The devotion to the Brown Scapular is not simply about wearing a sacramental, it is a call to live faithfully, to persevere in prayer and to remain close to Jesus through the example of His Blessed Mother.

The Church invites everyone to join the Devotion to Our Lady of Mount Carmel at 5:15 PM, followed by the 6:00 PM Holy Mass

God continually sows His Word into our hearts. The question Jesus asks through this parable is not, โ€œHow much seed is given?โ€ but โ€œWhat kind of soil are we?โ€ Let us remove the distractions, worries and hardness of heart that prevent Godโ€™s Word from growing, so that we may bear fruit for His Kingdom.
