Heavenly Father, we praise and worship You on this Trinity Sunday. We thank You for revealing Yourself as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—three Persons in one God. Fill our hearts with wonder at Your love, wisdom, and grace.

Lord Jesus Christ, thank You for redeeming us through Your sacrifice and for showing us the way to eternal life. Holy Spirit, guide us in truth, strengthen our faith, and help us to live as faithful disciples each day.

May we reflect the unity, love, and fellowship of the Holy Trinity in our families, churches, and communities. Bless us with peace, wisdom, and courage to serve You with joyful hearts. Keep us close to You and help us grow in faith, hope, and love.

To You, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, be all glory, honor, and praise, now and forever. Amen. 🙏🏻

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗜 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝘂𝗺𝗮 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝘆 | 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟱

To every betrayed partner who has ever been told they were “too emotional,” “too angry,” “too hurt,” or needed to simply “move on”…

I need you to hear this from someone who truly understands: Your pain was never the problem. The betrayal was.

For too long, betrayed partners carried unimaginable emotional pain while simultaneously asked to suppress it, minimize it, explain it away, or rush past it to save the relationship. Many of you were expected to forgive before you ever felt safe. Some of you sat in counseling sessions where the focus immediately became communication, reconnection, or “what both partners contributed” to the infidelity while your nervous system was completely dysregulated from discovery.

Some of you started questioning your own sanity because nobody around you seemed to understand why you couldn’t stop crying, obsessing, panicking, spiraling, or replaying everything over and over in your mind.

I understand. Because betrayal trauma is real. And I went through it too.

One of the most heartbreaking parts of infidelity is how invisible the suffering can feel.
I created Betrayal Trauma Awareness Day on May 25th so betrayed partners will never feel alone or gaslighted in this level of pain while the world minimizes what they are carrying.

You deserved trauma-informed understanding at the beginning.
You deserved trauma-informed support.

You deserved to have someone say:
👉Of course your nervous system feels shattered.”
👉Of course you don’t feel safe.”
👉Of course this impacted you deeply.”

Not:
“Why can’t you just move on?”

For the betrayed partner crying alone at night.
For the betrayed partner trying to hold it together for their children.
For the betrayed partner sitting in confusion, grief, panic, and emotional exhaustion while still trying to function through daily life.

On May 25, we raise awareness for betrayal trauma together!

You can participate by:
⚫ sharing this post
⚫ talking openly about betrayal trauma
⚫ posting educational resources
⚫ sharing your story if you feel safe
⚫ supporting other betrayed partners with compassion
⚫ helping others understand that betrayal trauma from infidelity is mental health event

Use the hashtag:

Not because betrayed partners need more advice about “saving the relationship”. Because betrayed partners deserve recognition, validation, trauma-informed support, and a world that finally understands the profound mental health impact infidelity has on the human nervous system.

I see you. And I promise you this: your pain makes biological sense. You are not weak for struggling this deeply after betrayal. You are human.

I truly believe it’s time the world starts recognizing betrayal trauma as the profound mental health event is for betrayed partners. No more minimizing. No more silence.

No more pretending infidelity is “a relationship problem.” Infidelity is a mental health event that causes injury in the betrayed partner.

You deserved to be truly understood.
So spread with word about and let your voice be heard!

With love,
Beth

May 24, 2026 PENTECOST SUNDAY

‎𝙐nderstanding 𝙋entecost and the 𝙏radition of 𝙒earing Red

𝙋𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙨𝙩 is one of the most significant feasts in the Christian liturgical calendar, often referred to as the "birthday of the Church." It is celebrated on the Sunday that falls 50 days after Easter Sunday (including Easter itself). The name "Pentecost" comes from the Greek word pentēkostē, which means "fiftieth."

𝙒hat is 𝙋entecost?
Pentecost commemorates the descent of the Holy Spirit upon the Apostles and other followers of Jesus Christ while they were in Jerusalem celebrating the Feast of Weeks. This event is described in the New Testament in the Book of Acts (Chapter2). According to the biblical account,
•A sound like a mighty rushing wind filled the house where they were sitting.
•Tongues of fire appeared and rested on each of them.
•They were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other languages, allowing people from many nations to understand them.
This event marked the beginning of the Apostles' mission to spread the Gospel to all nations, which is why it is considered the foundational moment of the Christian Church.

‎𝙒hy 𝘿o 𝙒e 𝙒ear 𝙍ed on 𝙋entecost?

The tradition of wearing red on Pentecost is deeply symbolic and is practiced in many Christian denominations, including Catholic, Anglican, Lutheran, and Methodist traditions.

𝙎ymbolism & 𝘿escription:

The Tongues of Fire - The primary reason for wearing red is to represent the "tongues of fire" that descended upon the Apostles. Red is the color of fire, symbolizing the presence, power, and energy of the Holy Spirit.

𝙏he 𝙁ire of 𝙇ove - Red symbolizes the "burning love" of God and the zeal that the Holy Spirit ignites in the hearts of believers to serve and witness to their faith.

𝙏he 𝘽lood of 𝙈artyrs - In the liturgical tradition, red is also the color used for feasts of martyrs. On Pentecost, it serves as a reminder of the sacrifice of the early Christians who gave their lives to spread the message of Christ.

𝙐nity in the 𝙎pirit - When a congregation wears red together, it serves as a visual reminder of their unity as a community of believers, all touched by the same Spirit.

Shared from Fr. Ben Ngayaan's post (from Bishop Broderick Pabillo's post:)

what is the difference between an Ordinary Thief (OT) and a Political Thief (PT)?

1. the Ordinary Thief steals your money, bag, watch, gold chain, etc.

but,
the Political Thief steals your future, career, education, health and business!

2. the hilarious part is:
the Ordinary Thief will choose whom to rob.

but,
you, yourself, choose the Political Thief to rob you!

3. the most ironic one:
the Police will chase and nab the Ordinary Thief.

but,
the Same Police will look after and protect the Political Thief!

that’s the travesty and irony of our current society!

and,
we blindly say: “we are not blind!”

4. the stupid part of the whole issue is that: we insult and fight the Ordinary Thief.

but,
we fight each other for the Political Thief!

👍 I find these statements Absolutely Correct… this must be shared to awaken the consciousness of the Toiling Filipino People!

Episcopal Church Women joins prayer for all mothers and mother figures🙏

CELEBRATING THE LOVE OF MOTHERS AND MOTHER FIGURES.

Heavenly Father,
Thank You for the gift of mothers and for every woman who lovingly cares for, nurtures, protects, and guides children with a mother’s heart. Today we honor mothers, grandmothers, guardians, caregivers, and all those acting like mothers for their children through love, sacrifice, patience, and kindness.

Bless them with strength when they are tired, peace when they are worried, joy in their hearts, and love returned to them abundantly. Grant them wisdom to guide their children, courage for every challenge, and comfort in difficult moments. May they always know how deeply valued and appreciated they are.

Surround every family with Your grace, and let every child feel safe, supported, and loved.
Amen. 🌷💖

For God is not a god of disorder, but of peace 1 Corinthians 14:33

If your life has felt overwhelming or out of order, I want you to know that is not what God has for you. His nature is peace, clarity, and order. As you align your life with Him, you will begin to see that reflected in how you live. You are not meant to live reactive. You are invited to live grounded and steady.

For God is not a god of disorder, but of peace 1 Corinthians 14:33
