Dominican Students' Media Center Philippines The Dominican Students' Media Center (DSMC) is the social communications media group of the Dominican student-brothers in the Philippines.

The organization is committed to the service of the Dominican student-brothers and especially the faithful, by providing means to read and listen to the voice of the Lord as they are immersed in daily work. This call to a new evangelization, as coined by John Paul II, is at the forefront of DSMC's mission. It therefore makes use of the Internet for wider scope and readership, radio, prints and reg

ularly publishes reflections like the Pananaw. It creates video presentations for catechisms and special events like La Naval and St. Dominic feasts, and seeks to provide for the integral development of the Dominican student-brothers as preachers of the Word of God. DSMC has been fulfilling its task since 1990, amidst humble beginnings. Today, 25 years later, it has drawn strength through God's guidance and the charity of the faithful.

Thanksgiving Mass of the Four Newly Ordained Dominican Priests

Yesterday, August 25, Rev. Fr. Alexander Constantine Narag Seño, OP; Rev. Fr. Laurence Ryan Villar Mata, OP; Rev. Fr. Jeffrey Mon Pagaduan, OP; and Rev. Fr. Vince Stanley Bautista Iñigo, OP celebrated their Thanksgiving Mass at the Santo Domingo Church. Fr. Jeffrey Mon Pagaduan, OP, served as the principal celebrant of the Holy Eucharist.

In his homily, Fr. Jeff expressed his gratitude to everyone who supported him throughout his formation journey. He also thanked those who had reminded, corrected, and even scolded him along the way. Recalling how Jesus rebuked the Pharisees in the Gospel—not to condemn them, but to save them from condemnation—he shared his gratitude for the corrections that helped form him and his brother-ordinands into the Dominican priests they are today.

Let us continue to pray for their perseverance and faithfulness in their vocation. May the Lord also call more men to the Order of Preachers.
