The making of our worship gathering started November 17, 1970 when Nanay Nena Armero met a petite and godly person by the name of Sister Quintina Salvador during a wake in Baesa who later shared the Good News in the Armeroโs House.
Godโs word spread like fire even when persecution by the people around has increased. Many were healed and answered the call of salvation. Aling Asyang dela Cruz, the mother of Sister Polly Santos, expressed her desire to know God. A bible study then started as well in their compound which later led to the salvation of the family of Atty. Arsenio and Sister Polly. The bible study became regular worship services held every Sunday.
Seeing the need for a larger place of worship, in 1974 the Arsenioโs welcomed the congregation to hold its church activities in their โUpper Roomโ terrace after which the family decided to donate a portion of their land along MRC Street were our main church building is now located. As years passed by, the believers continued to grow in numbers, in their spirituality, and in generosity despite trials.
In 1993 as the Talipapa Bible Centered Church was undergoing challenges, a home bible study group headed by Pastor Noel Macasaet was being held in the Torresโ Compound with the help of Sister Pining Dagarag. This growing group was even more inspired when a businessman named Eddie Lim scheduled a bible study at his factory. Later the group met together regularly and their ardent prayer is for God to grant them a permanent place of gathering. It was in Villa Sabina Subdivision where they worship temporarily. The gathering became known as Achievers for Christ Church and afterwards Eddie offered a bigger place in Kingspoint Subdivision. But in 1998 the church area was caught in fire. Upon the shambles of the burned place, there was a struggle to stand together as a church. It was during that time when Pastor Rodolfo Yap of Talipapa Bible Centered Church was called by God to serve as a Minister in Canada.
AFCC with no permanent place and TBCC with no permanent pastor, providentially were merged by God to become one solid congregation and in April of 1999, they worshipped together under one roof. Since then, God keeps on sending pastors to lead the church.
On the 13th day of April 2012, the โBible-Centered Community Church, Internationalโ was SEC registered and is currently headed by Pastor Ceferino M. Ramos who was the first pastor to be ordained on the 14th day of April 2013.
After five years, Reverend Ceferino M. Ramos ordained Pastor Louise Voltaire M. Garcia and Pastor Michael A. Santos on the 30th of December to further advance the Great Commission of our Lord Jesus Christ.
