Why this matters?

Occidental Mindoro is one of the more sparsely populated provinces in the Philippines, with roughly 525,000 people spread across 11 municipalities and 164 barangays. Fewer people per square mile can also mean fewer churches per community — exactly what this Stream is working to change.

Strengthen the hands of rescue workers still searching through the rubble. Bring healing to the wounded, provision to the displaced, and hope to hearts overwhelmed by grief. Cross-Cultural Prayer Focus

"Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ's behalf, be reconciled to God." — 2 Corinthians 5:20 (NKJV)

Father God in heaven, You have reminded us as believers our role as representatives of Christ to diverse communities, local and international. Create in us a pure heart to serve with love and humility, recognizing that all people are equally valuable in Your very eyes. We plead to You, as representative of Christ, we may represent Christ likeness to fulfill the commission of salvation throughout the nation as we herald Your calling in our lives. We ask Your wisdom, guidance and protection in every place we are sent. In Jesus name, Amen. 🙏

Why this matters?

An ambassador represents a government they didn't choose to a country that isn't their own — which is close to what cross-cultural missionaries do every day, representing a Kingdom not of this world to communities they weren't born into.

On August 25, the Pangasinan stream team gathered for a deeply encouraging meeting led by Ptr. Jaime (Saturation). Hosted by P. Albert and P. Mike, this gathering highlighted the beauty of partnership and collaboration, specifically spotlighting the strong synergy shared with the Balungao team.

What started as connections rooted in family have now blossomed into powerful co-laboring in ministry. The meeting served as a wonderful platform to unite co-ministers from Tayug and Rosales, proving that ministry is always sweeter and more impactful when done together.

A special highlight of the day was adding value to Pastor Albert through “ayuda”, honoring his tireless dedication and showing tangible support for the work he does in his community. Moments like these remind us that we are not alone in the mission; we are part of a growing, supportive family bound by a shared calling.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for the bonds of family and fellowship that brought the Pangasinan stream team together. We lift up Ptr. Jaime, P. Albert, P. Mike, and all the dedicated leaders from Balungao, Tayug, and Rosales.

Lord, continue to pour out Your wisdom, strength, and unity upon them as they labor in Your harvest field. Yesterday’s journey was filled with breathtaking sights and meaningful encounters. As the team walked through the courses of Palawan’s beauty, they were reminded of God’s marvelous creation. Led by Ptr. Emil and Ems, the group met with pastors from different churches—Ptr. Jerson, Ptr. Ronald, and Ptr. June of Puerto Princesa—opening doors to new partnerships and shared visions for the Kingdom.

It was not just a travel experience, but a divine appointment where fellowship and mission intertwined with the splendor of nature. Truly, the Lord continues to connect His people for greater works.

Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of fellowship and the beauty of creation that reminds us of Your majesty. Bless Ptr. Emil, Ems, and the pastors they met, that their partnership may bear fruit for Your glory. May every step taken in Palawan lead to stronger unity and a deeper commitment to the Great Commission. Last Saturday marked a milestone as twelve participants from various corporations, organizations, and ministries stepped forward to become new coaches during the final day of the Transformational Coaching Workshop.

The workshop concluded under the leadership of Coach Let (CC), whose guidance brought the sessions to a meaningful close. Throughout the journey, participants were enriched by the expertise of Coach Ajie (Curriculum Design), Coach Jerry (Saturation), and Coach Hati (CHCT). Their dedication was further strengthened by the support of Coaches Ems, Mel, and Karl, creating an atmosphere of collaboration and empowerment.

This gathering is just the beginning — it was a launching pad for leaders who will carry forward the vision of transformation into their workplaces, ministries, and communities.

“Lord, we thank You for raising up new coaches who are willing to serve and guide others. Bless Coach Let, Ajie, Jerry, Hati, Ems, Mel, Karl, and all twelve participants with wisdom, compassion, and perseverance. May their coaching bring clarity, healing, and growth to those they lead. Twelve participants from various corporations and organizations came together for the first day of the Transformational Coaching Workshop. Guided by the expertise of Coach Ajie (Curriculum Design), Coach Jerry (Saturation), and Coach Hati (CHCT), the sessions were enriched by the dedicated support of Coach Ems, Mel, and Karl.

The atmosphere was filled with energy, collaboration, and a shared desire to grow as leaders and change-makers. Each participant experienced not only practical coaching tools (L.E.T.S. G.R.O.W) but also a renewed sense of purpose in their professional and personal journeys.
