SELF-DESTRUCTION

"This is what happens to those who are greedy. Whatever they get destroys them” (PROVERBS 1:19).

The word "greedy" in Hebrew is "bâtsa,‛" it means "to gain wrongfully or by violence." Ito yung ugali at gawain ng mga taong kung tawagin ay "sirain." In fact, yung ginagawa nila ang nagiging mitsa ng pagkasira nila.

Marami ang gustong umangat sa buhay habang binabagsak nila ang iba. Gustong umayos ang buhay pero nasisira ang iba. That's greediness!

Lahat ng bagay na galing sa masamang paraan ay magiging sumpa sa gumawa nito. Ito ay magmimistulang lason sa kanya or cancer na unti-unting papatay at sisira ng pagkatao nya.

Huwag magnakaw para lang magkaroon ka. Huwag manakit para lang sumaya ka. Huwag manira para lang umayos ka. Marami na ang gumawa nito. Huwag tutularan, nakakasira ng buhay!

Magsumikap sa pamamaraan na tama; pamamaraan na nagbibigay saya sa ating Diyos Ama.

Tandaan, pwedeng sumagana sa pamamaraan na tama. Doon ka sa walang sumpa at ikaw ay magiging pagpapala.

SELECTIVE LISTENING

"People who do evil listen to evil ideas. Liars listen to liars” (Proverbs 17:4).

Piliin mo ang pinakikinggan mo. Maaaring i-reveal ng pinakikinggan mo ang pagkatao mo.

Listening to lies and sinful ideas makes you as wrong as those speaking.

Take note: 'this proverb' does not condemn false lips or a naughty tongue. It condemns the person who listens to such speech, and here you can learn much wisdom.

To be truly wise, you must avoid, reject, and eliminate foolish talkers and their words. Dito applicable ang selective listening.

People continue in their wicked speech only because they have an audience.

Always choose who you listen to wisely – it can have a big impact on all areas of your life and work success.

THINK BEFORE YOU SPEAK, PLEASE!

Proverbs 15:28, "Good people think before they answer, but the wicked do not, and what they say causes trouble."

Which is better? A quick answer to a question? Or the right answer? Do you feel pressure or pride to answer quickly?

According to this proverb, ang mabuting tao ay nagiisip bago sumagot, ang masamang tao naman ay sagot nang sagot ng hindi muna nagiisip.

Matutong magisip bago magsalita. Timbangin muna kung nararapat o napapanahon ang sasabihin. Believe me, it will save you from a ruined relationship and it will also save you from a bad day.

Sa kabilang banda, iwasan ang magsalita bago magisip. Then saka lang iisipin kung tama ba o mali ang nasabi. Quick response often kills the quality of result.

Hindi nakakahiya ang paghingi ng konting panahon sa pagsagot lalo kung hindi ka sure kung tama ba ang sasabihin mo. In fact, such a response is wisdom.

The speed and length of words do not prove a right answer. Wise people know this: haste makes waste.

Remember: your result will be determined by your response.
