The Our Ldy of Consolation Parish Health, Education, Livelihood and Pastoral Foundation, Inc. or OLCP HELP Foundation, Inc. for short was launched in February 2002. This coincided with the 15th Founding Anniversary of the Parish. It was incorporated by fifteen [15] concerned parishioners into aon-stock, nn-profit charitable organization and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Th organiztinwas organized mainly to extend material assistance to the less privileged members of the Parish. This akes the form of funds to support the scholarship projects and medical clinic which are under the Social Action Ministry of the Parish Pastoral Council.

The Foundation derives its funds from annual membership dues, outrigt donations from generous supporters wthin and outside the Parish as well as from fund-raising activities undertaken by the Foundation.

With the Parish Priest as Chair, the Foundation is governed by an eleven-man Board of Trustees who are parishioner-volunteers elected at the annual meeting.
