HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY 💐

As we honor our earthly mothers, we turn our hearts toward Mama Mary, our Blessed Mother, who serves as the ultimate model of maternal devotion and grace.

We offer our prayers today for all mothers, grandmothers, and mother figures—those who are with us and those who have returned to the Father—that they may be blessed with strength, joy, and peace.

As we begin the month of May, we open our hearts to a season of special devotion to our Blessed Mother.

Known traditionally as the "Month of Mary," May is a time for us to offer our floral tributes, pray the Holy Rosary with renewed fervor, and reflect on her total surrender to God's will. Let us walk with her this month, asking for her maternal guidance in our families and our parish community.

O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee!

HAPPY LABOR DAY!

Today, we celebrate Labor Day alongside the Feast of St. Joseph the Worker. As we honor the dignity of all human labor, we look to St. Joseph—the humble carpenter of Nazareth—who taught the young Jesus the value of honest work and providing for one's family through the craftsmanship of his hands.

In every task we undertake, whether great or small, let us be guided by the words of Colossians 3:23: "Anuman ang inyong ginagawa, gawin ninyo nang buong puso." Today, we offer our prayers for all workers, the unemployed, and those seeking fair labor conditions, asking that their work may always be a means of sanctification and a contribution to the common good.

May St. Joseph inspire us to work with integrity, passion, and a heart centered on God.

Today, we remember with gratitude the life of Pope Francis, a shepherd who taught us to see God in the poor, the forgotten, and the ordinary.

A Jesuit at heart, he showed us that faith is not lived from a distance, but in closeness: to listen, to accompany, to love with mercy.

In his life, we saw the Gospel made simple, and made real.

As we mark his first death anniversary, may we continue the mission he lived so faithfully—
to find God in all things, and to bring His compassion into a wounded world.

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord.

The OLAP Shrine Music Ministry Grand Choir 2026, under the direction of conductor Leonard Cleofas, joyfully proclaims the triumph of life over death this Easter.

As we celebrate the Resurrection of the Lord, may our music echo the hope, light, and renewed faith that Easter brings. From the silence of the tomb rises a song of victory—Alleluia!
