It is a 4,000+ niche clumbarium complex, located at Santo Domingo Church, Quezon City, for the permanent resting place of the ashes and bones of the faithful departed. It is a sanctuary, a place of holy rest for the dearly departed and for their loved ones who would visit them. Santuario de Santo Domingo is under the mantle

and maternal care of Our Lady of the Rosary, La Naval de Manila, whose miraculous image is permanently enshrined at Santo Domingo Church. Santuario de Santo Domingo is under the administrative care of the Fathers and Brothers of Santo Domingo Convent, who will constantly offer prayers and masses for the intentions of the faithful departed resting therein.
