Harvest City Evangelistic Fellowship Manila Harvesting Souls, Making Disciples. Harvest City Evangelistic Fellowship was founded by Ptr. Mark Deslippe, a Canadian Missionary, January of year 2004. Nestor C.

Around 2006, the pastor has decided to divide churches by the hometowns of delegated authorities: HCEF - La Union and HCEF – Manila. Harvest City Evangelistic Fellowship Manila arose as a church under the leadership of Ptr. Tamayo who was ordained as a pastor in the year 2006, May 9 by Ptr. Mark Deslippe – Senior Pastor of HCEF. Sunday services were then held at the home of the Manila pastor with

only 8 members including the family and some relatives. As the years pass, with the Lord’s guidance and grace, the church grew in attendance of 50 increasing to 100 plus this present year. Around 2014, the wife of Ptr. Tamayo, was also ordained as a pastor (Ptr. Dina D. Tamayo) who holds Bible Studies and Discipleship Classes. The church have grown in numbers, even in different places in the country. HCEF Manila gave birth to HCEF Bongabon, Nueva Ecija under Sis. Annaliza Gambito, HCEF Lobo, Batangas under Ptr. Jhonalyn Umali and her husband George, HCEF Sta. Maria, Bulacan under Bro. Ronald Gonzales and his wife Kristine. Now HCEF Manila is looking forward to establish more churches all over the Philippines, even abroad. The Main Church including all the outreach churches keep growing in numbers through life-changing experience testified by existing members of the church. This is due to the church’s vision based on Matthew 28:19-20 which is what keeps the system of the church strongly established and with the Lord’s faithfulness.
