To be a messenger of God is to recognize the divine spark within ourselves and others, and to actively cultivate a life that reflects His character. It means choosing love over hate, compassion over indifference, and forgiveness over resentment. We become His voice when we speak words of encouragement, comfort, and truth. We become His hands when we extend help to those in need, practice justice, and work for peace.

Matthew 5:16 (NIV): "In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven."

Making workers' rights and workers' dignity a priority is crucial for creating a fair and just society. When workers are treated with respect and dignity, they are more likely to be productive, engaged, and satisfied with their work. This, in turn, leads to a more positive workplace culture and increased overall productivity. Moreover, when workers are granted the right to fair wages, safe working conditions, and protection from discrimination, they are empowered to take control of their lives and pursue their goals with confidence. When workers are able to exercise their rights, they can build better lives for themselves and their families, leading to stronger communities and a more prosperous society. In short, making workers' rights and dignity a priority is not only the right thing to do, but it is also essential for creating a better world for all.

Colossians 4:1: "Masters, provide your slaves with what is right and fair, because you know that you also have a Master in heaven."

All humans are given dignity as something to preserve, it is our duty to help preserve the dignity of others. Fair working hours allows us to respect the time and well being of workers and it allows us to acknowledge them as human. We should realize that workers are human too and have their own time. Fair working hours will promote the respect of others dignity and human life as it shows we respect them as human.

Deuteronomy 24: 14-15

“You shall not exploit a poor and needy hired servant, whether one of your own kindred or one of the resident aliens who live in your land, within your gates. On each day you shall pay the servant's wages before the sun goes down, since the servant is poor and is counting on them.”

This verse is needed to be the guiding ideals and regulations that directs our society. It is essential to support worker rights and social justice since doing so guarantees that everyone is treated fairly and gets what they are entitled to. It should be standard practice to uphold workers' rights, to provide every worker a voice, and to practice equal chances. Since we are the stewards of God's creation, we as a society must strive for the greater good.

Never fear greed, because greed fears you. All economic justice's purpose is to exhibit economy equality. At no time will economic justice favors unfair wages and unjust workers' rights.

This includes equal opportunities, safe working conditions, and protection from discrimination and harassment. Unfortunately, many workers still face challenges in achieving these basic rights. That's why it's crucial to stand up for workers' rights, demand social justice, and ensure human rights in the workplace. By using our voices and advocating for change, we can create a better work environment for everyone. So let's join together in this fight and make a difference for workers everywhere. Jeremiah 29: 11

11 For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

What role does faith play in the actions that we do? What role does faith play in the work that we do? It all comes with the right mindset. The right faith. The dignity that will lead you to the right path. We work not only for ourselves but for others as well. We work to help benefit our society for the greater good. While there could be hindrances or setbacks, there is a special person who is always by our side, whether during the good or bad times. That special being is none other than God. God also serves as our moral compass, as he teaches and guides us throughout our entire existence, to test us, to challenge us, to release our inner faith.

As workers/missionaries, we work alongside God, and we work for the benefit of his creation. We are called to act and care for his creation. To work diligently is to also love what you are doing. Know the importance of your purpose. God created us to continue his mission of taking care of his creation. Despite obstacles or problems being encountered, we can face them as long as we have strong faith and commitment. Commit yourselves and believe in God. With him, we get to express ourselves even more. As individuals, we are tasked to share our skills, talents, and knowledge in order to fulfill his goal. He gifted us with different kinds of resources, therefore it is our duty to take care of them. These resources help us live out life and make the most out of it. His generosity gives out a larger value. Now, it is our time to give back.

With that, let us remember that our work, is for everyone. For you. For others. For God. In that way, we can truly obtain authentic freedom. Choose the right path. Choose God.
