A very good reminder 🙂
Gusto mo bang gumaling kapatid sa ministry? Either tumutugtog ka, nagpapa-awit, nagpe-preach, or even nasa Media team.
Here are some practical tips kung gusto mong gumaling:
a. Huwag mong hayaang Saturday lang ang practice mo.
If manunugtog ka, listen to worship songs and line up every day. Pick up your instrument and sifrahin mo na. If you are a singer, aralin mo na yung parts. If you are a preacher, everyday train yourself to speak kahit sa harap ng salamin. If you are in the Media team, try to rehearse in your mind yung mga puwedeng mangyari. If Saturday is your only day, it will be a hard day.
b. Lagi mong ibabad ang sarili mo sa Presensya ng Panginoon.
We are not working for men, we are working for God. If God calls us, He will enable us. Huwag nating iiwan ang presensya ng Panginoon. Huwag nating i-seek si Lord kapag Saturday at Sunday lang. Always be intimate with God. From intimacy flows ministry, not the other way around. Hindi porke sasalang ka, tsaka ka lang magiging intimate sa Panginoon.
c. Huwag kang mag-settle sa excuses mo.
Madaling gumawa ng excuses lalo na kapag nahihirapan tayo. Kapag hindi tayo sanay sa ginagawa natin. Madaling magsabing "hindi natin kaya" or "wag na nating gawin iyan." Ang pagiging sanay sa excuses will hinder your path to excellence. Your excuses comes from an attitude of fear -- fear of failing, fear of disappointments, but overcome fear by the love of God. Tinawag ka ng Diyos sa ministry na iyan. Never doubt the work of God in your life. Erase excuses and embrace growth.
Tandaan, growth is always OUTSIDE your comfort zone.
