Scripture tells us that forgiveness required a sacrifice (Hebrews 9:22). Under the Old Covenant, sacrifices were offered again and again, pointing to a greater sacrifice that was still to come.

Then Jesus came.

When He gave His life on the cross, He did what those sacrifices could never do. He paid for sin once and for all.

Because of Christ, those who trust in Him no longer stand condemned but forgiven.

Nothing remains outstanding.

No balance is left.

The debt is settled.

PAID IN FULL.

Under the old system, blood sacrifices could only provide a temporary covering for sin. But God's standard has always been absolute: "without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sins." (Hebrews 9:22). Jesus didn't come to offer another covering. He shed His blood to take away sin completely.

We do not earn God's grace.

We respond to it with faith, repentance, and surrender.

There are seasons na gusto talaga nating malaman kung ano ang ginagawa ni Lord.

Bakit parang ang tagal ng hinihintay natin.

Bakit may mga bagay na nawala.

Bakit hindi natin maintindihan ang nangyayari?

Pero minsan, hindi agad dumarating ang sagot.

At minsan, hindi rin lahat ng tanong natin nasasagot.

Just like Job.

Hindi niya naunawaan ang lahat ng pinagdaanan niya.

Pero sa gitna ng sakit, pakikipagbuno sa Diyos. may isang bagay siyang napagtanto.

May bagay na mas mahalaga kaysa sa lahat ng paliwanag na hinahanap niya.

Ang makilala ang Diyos nang mas malalim.

Ang maranasan ang Kanyang presensya.

At sa huli, hindi na siya nakatingin sa mga tanong.

Nakatingin na siya sa Diyos.

When Ruth experienced famine, she could not see that God was leading her into the lineage of King David and ultimately Christ.

When David was tending sheep, he could not see that God was preparing him to be the future king of Israel.

When Esther entered the king's palace, she could not yet know that God was positioning her to expose Haman's plot and help save His people.

That is often how God's providence works.

We see the event.
God sees the outcome.

What appears ordinary, inconvenient, or even disappointing in one season may later prove to be part of His greater purpose.

The lesson is not that every circumstance is good.
The lesson is that God remains at work through every circumstance.

There are no accidental moments in the life of a child of God.
