On October 5, 2024, the Collegium Perulae Orientis hosted its first public conference, the Online Forum on Divorce, which sought to present various interdisciplinary perspectives in light of the passage of House Bill 9349, otherwise known as the Absolute Divorce Bill.

Speakers from various backgrounds, including legal and religious experts, came together to discuss the topic of absolute divorce from the perspectives of law, theology, political economy, and personal experience.

This book is an edited collection of the proceedings of this forum, now complete with footnotes and a bibliography.

We warmly congratulate our brothers Assistant Professor Leo-Martin Angelo R. Ocampo, OP, MA, and Instructor Ivan Efreaim Gozum, OP, MA, for the publication of their book entitled "Artificial Intelligence and the Catholic Church Challenges, Discernmenr and Hope in a Digital Age".

Bro. Leo is a member of the University of Santo Tomas Professors Chapter (Sanctus Dominicus) while Bro. Ivan is from of the St. Bartolo Longo Lay Dominicans Community of Guagua, Pampanga. They are academic researchers from the University of Santo Tomas (UST) Institute of Religion and the UST Research Center for Theology, Religious Studies, and Ethics.

We furrher congratulate our brothers for being featured in the Vatican News.
