IN PHOTOS | PYD 2026 “Kapayapaan: Misyon Ng Kabataan”

Last February 7, 2026, the PLDM Youth successfully held its Annual Parish Youth Day at Bulwagan, Centro Divino. The event aimed to deepen the youth’s understanding of their mission as peace builders in the community.
The program opened with a vibrant performance by the PLDM Youth Animators, followed by opening remarks from Youth Coordinator Carlito Luceño. A fun getting-to-know activity was conducted afterwards. The highlight of the day was the plenary talk on peace by Kuya Erwin Forte, a former youth coordinator, which inspired the youth to embrace their role as peace builders in the community. There were also 4-Peace sharers who talks about their personal experience on peace with family, friends, community and vocation

The celebration also included small group sharing a lively jamming session, and the recognition of the outgoing Core Group Officers for their dedicated service. The newly elected officers were introduced and commissioned during the Holy Mass presided by Rev. Fr. Ricky Montañez. The day concluded with fellowship over a shared dinner.

The Youth Ministry extends its gratitude to JAM Batch 4, the youth officers, the Parish Pastoral Council, the Parish Priest, and above all, God Almighty, for the success of this meaningful gathering.

We are looking for passionate and dedicated actors to join Teatro Divino's Senakulo production this year. If you're interested in showcasing your acting skills and sharing your talents with the community, we want to hear from you! 🎬

Requirements:
- Must be 8 years old and above
- With or without experience in acting
- Ability to commit to rehearsals and performance dates.

Audition Dates: February 16–18, 2026
Venue: PLDM Church
Please prepare a monologue of your chosen character or your favorite scene.

Sa sharing ng ating apat na guest speaker bukas, ipapaalala nila sa atin na ang tunay na kapayapaan ay hindi nagmumula sa kawalan ng pagsubok, kundi sa pananatili natin sa kapayapaan ni Kristo. Mula sa iba’t ibang karanasan at paglalakbay ng kanilang buhay, ipinakita nila kung paano pinatatatag ng pananampalataya ang puso at ginagabayan tayo upang mamuhay na NAGIKAKASA SA KAPAYAPAAN kasama ang Diyos, ang kapwa, at ang ating sarili.

On Bible Sunday, the Youth Ministry joyfully stands with the Biblical Apostolate in the commissioning and blessing of its new members. Together, we celebrate the living Word of God that forms our hearts, strengthens our calling, and sends us forth to serve with faith, unity, and love. May Scripture continue to guide our ministries as we proclaim Christ through our words and actions.
