rish Priest in 2016. After six years, Fr. Paul was called back to the ICM in Vietnam for another missionary work. The third parish priest was Rev. Joseph Nguyen Xuan Thuyen, ICM who was installed on September 15, 2019 until his recall to the ICM base in November 2024. The fourth/present Parish Priest is Rev. Joseph Nguyen Ngoc Son, ICM who was appointed on November 7, 2024 and installed on January 19, 2025. The CCP is under the Roman Catholic Diocese of Novaliches and under the Vicariate of the Our Lady of Mercy in Novaliches. The CCP encompasses the Palmera 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 subdivisions, Geneva Gardens, Northridge Park, Gamayo, Serrano and Magnolia Compounds and the embankment of the Tullahan River adjacent to Phases 3, 4, & 5.
