MARTIAL LAW caused much suffering for many families in the Philippines. There are documented experiences of many individuals who were detained, r***d, tortured, murdered, salvaged and disappeared. While the fascist state was busy terrorizing the lives of many families, there were also many stories of injustices created by the connivance of the local elite and businessmen with the law enforcers and goons. KAHIT SAANG PANIG NG BANSA AY MAY BAHID NG DUGO.
One of the victims of injustices is my father who is simply fighting for their rights and welfare together with the underpaid employees of a rich bus company in SOUTHERN TAGALOG. My father and his colleagues are merely asking why the company is not complying with the workers' mandatory SSS and MEDICARE benefits? Instead of addressing the issue, they murdered my beloved father.

JUSTICE FOR MY TATAY and FOR ALL VICTIMS of the FASCIST STATE.
JUSTICE FOR ALL THE CHILDREN WHO LOST THEIR PARENTS BECAUSE OF THE GREEDINESS OF THE ELITES....
'EACH TIME IT RAINS by an' 8-year-old ROMMEL F. LINATOC
As a little child, my mother tells me
“Raindrops are tears of a crying God”
As I remember, looking upon the windowpane
Droplets of shining water call my name
I step closer to see if God is outside
Glancing on the widow, the excitement is high
But no one is there except a man saying ‘Hi’
My father just arrived, carrying a box of pie
I rush to the main door and push it open
Suddenly, a series of gun fires echoes
The next thing I see, my father is bathing in his blood
Tears on my face roll unbrokenly, my nerves are trembling
As the rain stops pouring,
My mother starts wailing
Today, each time it rains
I keep whispering ‘GOD, please bring justice for my Dad’
