1st Diocese of Cubao Grand Marian Procession

On May 31, 2026 (Sunday), let us come together in faith and love for our Blessed Mother at the 1st Diocese of Cubao Grand Marian Procession to be held at the Most Holy Redeemer Parish - Brixton Hill.

We are blessed and honored that our very own image of the Immaculate Heart of Mary is among the 21 Marian images participating in this historic diocesan celebration.

The celebration will begin with a Solemn Pontifical Mass at 4:00 PM, presided over by Most Rev. Elias L. Ayuban, CMF, DD, followed by the Grand Marian Procession and the Re-enthronement of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart.

Program of Activities
• Pontifical Mass with the Rite of Coronation – 4:00 PM
• Grand Marian Procession – 6:00 PM
• Re-enthronement of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart – 7:30 PM

For the IHMP Contingent
Assembly: 2:30 PM at Claret School of Quezon City
Departure: 2:45 PM

Those who wish to join may sign up through the IHMP group chats, message Malou Aquilizan, or contact the Parish Office. Transportation, snacks, and dinner will be provided.

Things to bring:
• IHMP Fiesta t-shirt or any white shirt
• Comfortable shoes
• Rosary and candle
• Umbrella, fan, towel, water, candies, and extra shirt

Let us walk together as one parish community and entrust our Diocese, our parish, and our families to the loving intercession of our Blessed Mother. May this celebration deepen our faith and unite us more closely to Christ through Mary.

United in Service, Preparing for a Grace-Filled Fiesta

On May 24, the Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish Parish Pastoral Council (PPC) gathered for its May General Assembly led by our parish priest, Rev. Fr. Dennis Tamayo, CMF, together with PPC Coordinator Elaine Urbano. The assembly became a meaningful moment of dialogue, planning, and collaboration as the different ministries and communities prepared for the joyful celebration of our parish fiesta.

Among the highlights discussed were the upcoming fiesta activities, including the Fiesta Concert “Echoes of Grace”; Fiesta Day celebrations such as the Motorcade, Palarong Pampamilya, Caracol, Grand Salu-Salo, and TugSayAwit!; and Flores de Mayo and BEC Day. The council also discussed preparations for the Grand Marian Procession on May 31, inviting everyone to come together in prayer and devotion to our Blessed Mother.

The assembly also highlighted the schedule of our Fiesta Novena Masses, which will be held from June 4 to 12, 6PM, with Most Rev. Elias Ayuban Jr., CMF, DD, presiding on the first day. The Fiesta Mass will be celebrated on June 13, 4PM, with Most Rev. Roberto Gaa, DD, Bishop of the Diocese of Novaliches, as the presider.

As one parish family, may we continue to walk in unity, service, and joy as we celebrate the many blessings God has poured upon our community. Everyone is warmly invited to actively take part in these upcoming activities and celebrations as we make our IHMP Fiesta 2026 a truly grace-filled and meaningful celebration for all.

UP Village BEC Ecumenical Service Update

Last May 23, 2026 at around 4:40 PM, an Ecumenical Service for the UP Village BEC was held at #19 Maayusin Street, UP Village, through the initiative and organization of Mrs. Mayette Bocatija. The gathering was well attended by members of the IHMP EID Ministry headed by Mr. Noel Vergara, together with some members of the UP Village BEC community and invited guests from various Protestant churches.

The program began with an Opening Prayer led by Sister Jerline Bahian Husain, followed by praise and worship through songs led by the Oasis Band of Zion Church. The Gospel sharing based on John Chapter 20 was given by Pastor Ramoncito Mison of the Methodist Church, who shared a meaningful reflection on faith, peace, and the presence of the Risen Christ.

Another set of praise and worship followed after the sharing. The ecumenical gathering concluded with a closing message, prayer, and blessing given by Fr. Dennis Tamayo, CMF.

We also express our heartfelt gratitude to Ate Minda Monzon for graciously hosting this meaningful and spirit-filled gathering.

Via Lucis: Journeying with the Risen Lord

Walking together in the light of the Risen Christ, the IHMP community gathered for our first-ever Via Lucis (Way of Light) on May 22 at 5PM on the IHMP Church Grounds. Led by our parish priest, Rev. Fr. Dennis Tamayo, CMF, the celebration became a beautiful journey of prayer, hope, and renewed faith as we reflected on the Resurrection appearances of Jesus and the joy of Easter.

Representatives from the PPC, PFC, ministries, organizations, and BECs prayerfully led each station, reminding us that as one parish family, we are all called to witness and share the light of Christ in our communities and daily lives.

May this meaningful first Via Lucis continue to inspire us to walk in the light of the Lord, carrying His peace, hope, and joy wherever we go.

Everyone is invited to our first Via Lucis, or the Way of Light, a reflection on the joy and hope of the Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. It will be on May 22, Friday, 5PM, at the church grounds. Let us come together in prayer, reflection, and joy as we celebrate the victory of Christ over death.

Sagalahang Parokya, Handog kay Maria 2026

With hearts full of love and devotion to our Blessed Mother, the IHMP Social Services and Development Ministry successfully held the Sagalahang Parokya, Handog kay Maria 2026 last May 16.

The Sagalahan beautifully featured the Canonically Crowned Marian Images of the Philippines, lovingly portrayed by the different BECs, ministries and organizations of our parish. Through the participation of our Reynas, we were reminded of the many ways Our Lady continues to guide, protect, and accompany her children in faith and hope.

The gathering began at the Bulwagang Claret, where each Reyna briefly introduced the Marian image she represented. Filled with joy and prayer, the participants then joined the Marian parade around TV West and UP Village, bringing with them a visible witness of Marian devotion to the community.

The celebration concluded with a short program and the announcement of the winners for Best Arko and Reyna ng Sagalahan.

3rd Place: Nuestra Señora de Carmen (TV East)
