CFC Singles For Christ MM West B1A

CFC Singles For Christ MM West B1A CFC SFC OLPH Cubao is a community of Young Catholic Adults ages 21-40 from Quezon City, Metro Manila.

We are part of the global community of Singles for Christ under the Family Ministries of Couples for Christ. CFC Singles for Christ (SFC) is one of the family ministries of Couples for Christ (CFC). It was founded to cater to the needs of single men and women. “Single” refers to anyone within that age group who is free from any legal impediments to marriage. The pastoral care offered by the minist

ry, though, is not limited to those who are called for marriage, but includes as well those who may be considering either single blessedness or religious vocation as a state of life. CFC-SFC was established in April 1993, when a group of about 40 single men and women, mostly from the Visayas Islands in the Philippines, met for a 3-day workshop in Kalibo, Aklan to talk about forming a ministry for single men and women under the leadership of CFC. It initially aimed to provide a Christian support environment for single men and women who want to follow Christ. However, SFC has taken a more pro-active stance with regard to providing that environment, by making sure that it brings Christ to wherever the singles are -- the corporate setting, campuses, government institutions, even in prison and developing communities. This is in alignment with CFC`s thrust of rapid, massive and global evangelization.

February came in fast with back to back events, but our household stayed faithful and steady.

Grateful for a community that serves and still shows up, even when the calendar is full. ✨

Last Friday at SFC West B Sector Gathering, we were reminded that Christ’s redeeming love is deeply personal.

He does not love us from a distance. He steps into our mess, lifts our burdens, and rewrites our stories with grace. So thankful to journey with a community that points us back to that love again and again. ✨

What a rich and meaningful Financial Stewardship teaching yesterday with Sis Sharon Padilla. ✨

More than informative, it was truly transformative. Clear, practical, and deeply rooted in faith and wisdom. The session reminded and challenged us to see our resources not as possessions to own, but as responsibilities entrusted to us by God. A beautiful call to steward well and honor Him in every blessing we receive. 🤍

Today, we receive ashes not as a mark of shame, but as a gentle stirring of the soul.

Ash Wednesday asks us to slow down, to step away from the noise we have grown used to, and to remember both our humanity and our belonging. The cross pressed upon our foreheads is delicate and temporary, yet its meaning runs deep. It reminds us that our days are numbered, that every breath is mercy, and that our hearts are always being invited back to God.

As we begin the Lenten season, may these forty days become a sacred pilgrimage inward. May we fast not only from what fills our plates, but from the habits that harden our hearts. May we give not only from our abundance, but from the places that have known brokenness. May we pray not just with our lips, but with lives open and yielded.

Lent is both purification and promise. A time to release what no longer leads us to Him. A time to trust that grace can meet us even in our dust.

Blessed Ash Wednesday! May this Lenten journey draw us nearer to the Cross and awaken in us a deeper, truer love. 🤍

We step into 2026 grateful for a stronger support system, hearts knitted closer, and a home where faith is shared, not carried alone. Excited for deeper bonds, more meaningful fellowships, and countless encounters with the Lord as we keep gathering, praying, and growing together. ✨

Praise God for January wins! More moments, more grace, more stories waiting to unfold this year! 🤍

With thankful hearts and joyful spirits, we gather as one to celebrate this season. ✨

This is a celebration of gratitude for all the blessings and lessons of the past year—for the constant support we find in one another, and for the grace of walking side by side in our shared mission. We honor the gift of community, the strength of our journey together, and the faith that continues to unite us.

All Glory to God!

May we all have a peaceful and joyful Christmas! ❤️

A little peek into our last CLP session last Saturday — and wow, the OMG! moments were everywhere. ✨

But here’s the best part: these moments don’t end with CLP. This is just the beginning of even more grace-filled, heart-shaking, God-orchestrated “Oh My God!” surprises as we continue the journey in the SFC community.

Grateful for what God has started, and excited for everything He’s still about to unfold. 🩵

Glory to God alone!

CLP Session 8: TRANSFORMATION IN CHRIST

In this final session, we were shown a powerful truth: the Lord could have healed the man born blind with a single word, yet He chose to lead him through a process. Jesus made clay, anointed his eyes, and sent him to wash—because transformation is not always instant. It is a journey.

We are that blind man—chosen, pursued, and patiently transformed by Christ. Through the Christian Life Program, the Lord opens our eyes step by step, allowing us to see His purpose and walk toward the life He desires for us. He has chosen us, and His plan is nothing less than to bring us home to His heavenly kingdom.

As we conclude this CLP, we are called to deepen our commitment to evangelization—the very heart of Couples for Christ. Through his own transformation journey, Bro. Jonil inspired us to become evangelizers as well, bringing others to encounter the Lord and discover the same transformation we have received.

May we continue to say “yes” to His work in us, and allow our lives to be His message. ✨
