Not until He called her by name.

“Mary.”

One word.
One moment.
Everything changed.

That’s what intimacy does.

The closer you are to Jesus,
the clearer His voice becomes.

And the clearer His voice becomes,
the bolder your life becomes.

If your faith feels distant—
don’t try harder.

Come closer.

Urgency comes from intimacy.

You are not just forgiven.
You are not just fixed.

You are made new.

Stop living like your past still defines you.

Good Friday reminds us of a hard truth and a greater love.

Jesus carried His own cross—not for His sin, but for ours. ✝️
He stepped into the place we deserved…
a place of judgment, shame, and death.

He did not deserve it.
We did.

Yet He chose it anyway.

Even when people rejected Him.
Even when they didn’t understand.
Even when no one fully appreciated what He was doing.

That is love.

He occupied our place
so that we could stand in His—
fully accepted, fully forgiven, fully loved by the Father.

He took our place.
Now we (can choose to) live in His.
