Today, we celebrate the glorious coming of the Holy Spirit upon the disciples, filling them with courage, wisdom, and the fire of divine love. Like the Apostles gathered in the upper room, may our hearts be opened to receive the same Spirit that transforms fear into faith, silence into proclamation, and division into unity. Let us go forth as witnesses of Christ's resurrection, speaking the language of love and building a community of peace.

The Diocese of Greater Manila Area expresses its profound joy and highest pride in announcing the election of our Diocesan Bishop, THE RIGHT REV. VICENTE SALVADOR R. BALLESTEROS, as the CHAIRPERSON of the South Central Luzon Bishops Conference (SCLBC)– Supreme Council of Bishops.

We are truly grateful for the gift of his leadership and the dedicated service he continues to offer to our church and to thr people. Our hearts are full of gratitude as he takes on this new responsibility, and we stand in firm support of his vision and ministry as he continues to lead with wisdom and pastoral grace.
