Mary’s Nativity reminds us that every life begins with God’s loving plan. Her humble birth shows that greatness often arises from simplicity and faithfulness. For the youth, Mary’s early life encourages us to trust that God can do great things through ordinary hearts. May we embrace our own calling with joy and readiness.

𝐏𝐀𝐍𝐔𝐍𝐔𝐋𝐔𝐘𝐀𝐍 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐀𝐔𝐃𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒

Ramdam mo na ba ang unti-unting paglamig ng simoy ng hangin? Hudyat na ito ng muling pagdating ng isang panahon ng paghihintay, pananabik, at paghahanda para sa pagsilang ng ating Tagapagligtas.

Ang Panunuluyan ay isang mahalagang tradisyon na sumasalamin sa pananampalataya, pagkakaisa, at sama-samang paghahanda ng sambayanan para sa pagsilang ni Hesukristo. Isa rin itong pagkakataon para sa ating mga kabataan na maipahayag ang kanilang mga talento sa pag-arte, pagkanta, pagsayaw, at iba pang anyo ng sining, habang nagsisilbi at nagpapahayag ng pananampalataya.

Kaya huwag mong palampasin ang pagkakataong maging bahagi ng isang makabuluhan at banal na pagtatanghal. Anuman ang iyong talento, may puwang para sa iyo sa ating sama-samang pagsasadula ng kuwento ng Pagsilang ng ating Panginoong Hesukristo!

𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | The Kabataan Niño gathered for Day 2 of the August TGIF Series 2026, “KABSCOUT: I'd Risk It All For Youth” on August 21, 2026.

Through watching "The Impossible", the youth were reminded of the importance of being prepared, staying strong, and caring for one another during difficult situations. The movie also showed the sacrifices people make for the safety and well-being of their loved ones.

As KabScouts, may we learn to be ready not only during disasters, but also whenever someone needs our help. May we have the courage to serve, the heart to care, and the willingness to make sacrifices for others.

Honored as a secondary patron of the Philippines, Saint Rose of Lima inspires us to pursue holiness through prayer, sacrifice, and service. Though young, she chose a life centered on God’s love. For today’s youth, she is a model of discipline and spiritual depth, showing that sanctity is possible even amid worldly distractions. May we courageously dedicate our talents and energy to God’s greater glory.

The Assumption of Mary reveals God’s promise fulfilled and the glory of faithful obedience. Her being taken body and soul into heaven reminds us that our destiny is eternal life with God. For the youth, this dogma is a powerful model of hope and purity, encouraging us to live with heaven as our goal. May we strive for holiness each day, trusting that faithfulness now leads to glory with Christ.

With hearts lifted in celebration, we send greetings to the Minor Basilica of Our Lady of the Assumption, the National Shrine of Our Lady of the Assumption, and the Assumption of Our Lady Shrine Parish as we honor the Assumption of Mary. May this feast strengthen our hope and devotion. Happy Fiesta!

This August, our TGIF Series titled “KABSCOUT: Laging Handa” is a formation series of the Youth Ministry that focuses on building a culture of Safeguarding, Safety, and Risk Management in ministry. More than being prepared for challenges, being a KabScout means being ready to serve with awareness, responsibility, and compassion.

Come and join us every Friday, 7:30 PM, at the Diocesan Shrine of Sto. Niño Parish as we learn, grow, and prepare to become servants who are truly Laging Handa.
