The Immaculate Conception Chapel Ministry of Altar Servers warmly invites youths who are willing to serve God and the Church to become part of our growing ministry.
Qualifications:
• Willing to serve
• Open to all
• Ages 10–21 years old
• Must be baptized Roman Catholic
• Must have received the Sacrament of Holy Communion
Requirements:
• Photocopy of Birth Certificate
• Photocopy of Baptismal Certificate
• Attend Mass every Sunday
