We will have a Special Meeting tonight at 8:30 PM via Facebook Live in preparation for our Sunday event.

Weโ€™ll go through what to expect, the program flow, assignments, and other important details to help us prepare and serve well.

Please note that there will be no BST tonight, as we will be having this special meeting instead.

Finding Joy In The Journey:

Why We Donโ€™t Walk Through Hard Seasons Alone

James 1:1-4 calls us to find joy in the midst of life's challenges. Undeniably, it is hard to see a silver lining when you feel like you are drowning in suffering. Yet, Godโ€™s Word does not tell us to fake a smile or endure pain blindly. Instead, it invites us to practice patience and let our faith take deep root in Him as He works behind the scenes. God rarely reveals the timeline for our trials, and it is in that very waiting that He teaches us true patience.

Difficult seasons are not punishment; they are opportunities to draw closer to God. The testing of our faith produces patience, and as that patience takes root, it helps us grow into stronger, more mature, and steadfast people. God uses these very moments to build our character.

When lifeโ€™s trials feel overwhelming, look to Jesus, the one who faithfully endured suffering and the cross as the ultimate model of perseverance and hope. Because He persevered 2000 years ago, Christ offers us the strength needed to navigate our own darkest moments today.

Another month has ended. ๐ŸคŽ

May this new month be a reminder of how God has carried us throughโ€”by His grace, mercy, peace, and strength.

We were never meant to carry the weight of life or walk through it alone. Allow Jesus to be part of every season, every burden, every uncertainty, and every decision.

Surrender what you cannot control. Let Him comfort you where you are hurting, strengthen you where you feel weak, and give you rest when you are weary.

As we step into another month, may we continue to trust, surrender, and rest in the One who has carried us this far. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

Godโ€™s grace brought us here, and His grace will carry us through.

What happens when Godโ€™s plan completely clashes with our own desires? ๐Ÿค”

Jonah wanted mercy for himself, but judgment for Nineveh. Yet, Godโ€™s heart was moved by compassionโ€”and He called Jonah to be a part of that very mercy. Surrendering to God means aligning our hearts with His, even when itโ€™s the hardest thing to do.

True obedience isn't just following God when it's easy; it's trusting His heart when His direction challenges ours.
